    摘要: A television signal digitizing method reduces the quantity of information without deterioration of image quality when digitizing progressive-scanned signals. The method uses a step of dividing a progressive-scanned information into two complementary interlaces, that is, an interlace 1 and an interlace 2; a step of converting luminance information in the interlace 1 to digital information whose sampling frequency is X; a step of converting chrominance information in the interlace 1 to digital information whose sampling frequency is Y; and a step of generating supplementary information.
