摘要: An aluminum-alloy sheet includes 0.10 to 0.40 mass % of Si, 0.35 to 0.80 mass % of Fe, 0.10 to 0.35 mass % of Cu, 0.20 to 0.80 mass % of Mn, and 1.5 to 2.5 mass % of Mg, the balance being Al and unavoidable impurities, wherein a content ratio (Si/Fe) of the Si to the Fe is 0.75 or less, the area fraction of Mg2Si intermetallic compound grains having a maximum length of 1 μm or more is 0.10% or more in a region of a section of the aluminum-alloy sheet, the region being a central region in the thickness direction of the aluminum-alloy sheet, and the aluminum-alloy sheet has a proof stress of 225 to 270 N/mm2 after having been baked at 270° C. for 20 seconds.

摘要: A vehicle drive device includes a rotating electrical machine; and a fluid coupling on one side and coaxial with the electrical machine. A rotor is coupled to a housing of the fluid coupling via a disk-like member. The disk-like member is coaxial with the electrical machine, and includes a main body, and an outer fixing portion. The main body is disk-shaped and between the electrical machine and the fluid coupling. The fluid coupling includes joint fixed to the outer fixing portion. The outer fixing portion has a truncated conical surface, a diameter of which increases from the electrical machine to the fluid coupling. The joint is fixed to the rotary housing where it overlaps the rotary housing viewed in an axial direction, and includes a contact surface contacted by the outer fixing portion. The contact surface does not overlap the electrical machine as viewed perpendicular to the contact surface.

摘要: In a control apparatus of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is a failsafe control that blocks power transmission from a drive source to drive wheels by releasing clutches of an automatic transmission when there is a shift switching failure. In consideration of the fact that when a working oil temperature of the automatic transmission is low (below the freezing point, for example), the viscosity of the working oil is high and response for power blocking is poor, in a case where an oil temperature at the time of a shift switching request is low (steps ST2 and ST3), the power transmission is blocked by releasing the clutches of the automatic transmission at the same time as the shift switching request (step ST11). Thus, a clutch release delay occurring when there is a shift switching failure at a low oil temperature is prevented.

摘要: A surface inspection apparatus includes a blocking unit included in a subsequent processing unit that groups data items into having an arbitrary number of data items. The subsequent processing unit acquires a data item from each of the blocks. The blocking unit changes, in accordance with an instruction transmitted from a state monitoring unit, the number of data items to be blocked. A threshold processing unit acquires data items from the blocking unit that have values larger than a threshold, and transmits the data items to a memory. The state monitoring unit monitors an available capacity of the memory. When the state monitoring unit detects a reduction in the available capacity of the memory, it causes the blocking unit to increase the number of data items to be blocked into each of the blocks so that data does not overflow from the memory.

摘要: A shift-by-wire shift switching device and shift switching method that switch a shift range of an automatic transmission using an electric motor. The shift switching device includes a controller that determines whether a fault has occurred in a current supply line of each phase of the electric motor on a phase-by-phase basis, executes an open-loop control of the electric motor using only the phases in which it has been determined that a fault has not occurred, and determines whether a fault has occurred in the current supply line by detecting an activation state of the electric motor when the open-loop control of the electric motor is executed. Therefore, it is possible to determine whether a fault in the motor is a short-circuit fault or a break fault, without addition of a part such as a short-circuit detection sensor.
