摘要: A cell growth inhibiting film including a resin and having a porous structure formed at least on its surface, a cell growth inhibiting method including causing the surface of a film including a resin and having a porous structure formed at least on its surface to contact cells to inhibit growth of the cells in the contact area, a medical instrument including a medical instrument substrate and a film including a resin and having a porous structure formed at least on its surface, in which the surface of the medical instrument substrate is entirely or partially covered with the film, and a digestive system stent including a stent substrate and a film including a resin and having a porous structure formed by through-holes with an average pore size of 0.1 to 20 μm and a coefficient of variation in pore size of 30% or less, in which the stent substrate is covered with the film. According to the present invention, a material exhibiting cell growth inhibitory effects without using a physiologically active substance and suitable for forming a medical instrument, and a digestive system stent which secures a digestive system tubular cavity in the body and allows a digestive fluid and digestive enzymes contained therein to pass through, but blocks cancer cells, can be provided.

摘要: A solution having a polymer dissolved in a hydrophobic organic solvent is cast on a substrate, said organic solvent is evaporated in a moist atmosphere to condense moisture contained in an atmosphere prevailing on a surface of said cast solution into micro-droplets, said micro-droplets are dispersed on the surface of said cast solution or in said cast solution into a close-packed structure, said micro-droplets, condensed and dispersed on the surface of said cast solution or in said cast solution, are evaporated to obtain a porous honeycomb structure with said droplets used as casts, and said porous honeycomb structure is at least bisected by peeling in a thickness direction, thereby obtaining honeycomb structures wherein micro-pillars or anisotropic micro-pillars are regularly formed and arranged by said bisection on the peeled sections.

摘要: Disclosed is a novel cell chip having a living cell retained on a substrate while keeping the functions of the cell. Specifically, disclosed is a cell chip which comprises a honeycomb-like porous material having through-pores therein and composed of a water-insoluble polymer and a human hepatocyte retained on the porous material. The cell chip, particularly one having a human hepatocyte retained on both surfaces of the honeycomb-like porous material, is advantageous, because it can keep the activity of a drug-metabolizing enzyme (particularly, a P450 activity) for a long period, can keep the number of the cells stably, and so on.

摘要: To provide an anisotropic conductive film which can respond to increasing pitch reduction of connection targets while maintaining connection reliability, and can be manufactured at a lower cost than conventional, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. The anisotropic conductive film is provided with a porous film consisting of polymer, having numerous holes penetrating in a film thickness direction, the holes being in a honeycomb arrangement and having inner wall surfaces which curve outwards, a conductive material that fills the holes in the porous film, and an adhesive layer coated on both surfaces of the porous film. The porous film is formed by leaving a supporting substrate on which cast is a polymer solution where a polymer is dissolved in a hydrophobic, volatile organic solvent, under high humidity conditions.
