摘要: The present invention relates to ligand-targeted molecules and ligand drug conjugates (LDCs) comprising a ligand connected to a functional group, which is connected to a linker, with in turn is bonded to a drug. The LDCs of the present invention also comprise platinum coordination complex wherein the platinum is connected to the linker through monocarboxylato and O—*Pt coordinate bonds. The present invention also relates to methods for preparing these ligand drug conjugates. The present invention further relates to methods for the treatment of tumours using the ligand drug conjugates of the present invention.

摘要: A direct write dispensing nozzle assembly and method of forming traces and twisted pairs via direct write dispensing. The method includes dispensing conductive material via an inner nozzle so as to form a conductive core. Non-conductive material may be dispensed via a peripheral nozzle surrounding the inner nozzle so as to form a non-conductive casing surrounding the conductive core. The first conductive core and the non-conductive casing may then be deposited on a substrate or other surface. The trace may be positioned on the substrate such that the non-conductive casing contacts a previously deposited trace. An additional conductive core may be dispensed within the non-conductive casing and the direct write dispensing nozzle assembly may be rotated so as to form a twisted pair.

摘要: This invention concerns improved methods, uses, and kits for treating chronic wounds through the administration of anti-connexin agents, particularly anti-connexin 43 antisense polynucleotides. The methods, uses, and kits of the invention are based on the surprising and unexpected discovery that chronic wounds that do not increase or decrease in size by more than a pre-determined amount during a pre-treatment phase are more amenable to successful treatment than wounds whose size varies outside the target range during the pre-treatment phase.
