    摘要: A manufacturing method of a cold-rolled steel sheet in which the method uses a full-width heating device that heats a steel sheet over an entire area in a width direction of the steel sheet, an edge heating device that heats end portions in the width direction of the steel sheet, and a cold rolling mill that rolls the steel sheet and that is arranged on a downstream side in a rolling direction with respect to the full-width heating device and the edge heating device, the method includes: heating the steel sheet by using the full-width heating device and the edge heating device in such a manner that temperatures of the end portions in the width direction becomes higher than a temperature of a central portion in the width direction of the steel sheet on an entry side of the cold rolling mill.

    摘要: A method of rolling a strip is provided. The method includes determining a value representative of the lateral position of the strip along a line transverse to a run direction downstream of each stand and calculating algebraic differences between the lateral positions and a reference position. A value of additional tilt is calculated from the algebraic differences to bring the algebraic differences below a predetermined threshold. Calculating the additional tilt values includes multiplying the algebraic differences by a gain matrix K that is determined by modeling relationships linking the algebraic differences and the tilts of the stand rolls. The additional tilt value is transmitted to each of the stands. The steps are repeated at predetermined time intervals until the strip is no longer gripped in the nip of the last stand of the rolling mill. A device for adjusting the lateral position of a strip is also provided.

    摘要: A method and device for controlling the final thickness of a rolled product at a tandem rolling mill exit which make it possible to remove the cyclic defects of the product thickness variation. The method includes using at least one rolling stand provided with hydraulic adjustment devices located on the tandem rolling mill exit and in compensating the cyclic defects of the product thickness variation generated upstream through the entire rolling mill on the stand with the aid of an adjuster (R) coordinated with the frequency of defects. The method and device are suitable for tandem cold rolling mills producing metal strips. The thickness defects are detectable by a thickness sensor.
