The disclosed blankets may be used to conceal gifts to eliminate wasted time and resources commonly utilized to wrap gifts using wrapping paper. Gifts may be placed on a surface and covered with the blankets to conceal the gifts from the gift recipient. The blankets may include features such as a mechanism to secure them in place over the gifts, and well as a closeable opening to access the space underneath the blanket for adding or removing gifts from underneath the blanket.

    摘要: A food wrap formed from polyvinyl chloride, at least one stabilizer, and a plasticizer in an amount of 10-60 parts per hundred parts polyvinyl chloride. The plasticizer may be present in an amount of 30-55 parts per hundred parts polyvinyl chloride. The plasticizer includes dioctyl terephthalate. Dioctyl adipate or another plasticizer may be used with dioctyl terephthalate. In this case, the plasticizer may contain 20 to 80 wt. % dioctyl terephthalate, or more specifically 20 to 60 wt. % dioctyl terephthalate. The food wrap may have a thickness of 1 to 80 mils. According to a method of wrapping food, the food wrap is applied to a food article. According to a method of forming the food wrap, polyvinyl chloride is combined with the plasticizer to form a mixture. The mixture is heated and fused. Then, a film is formed from the fused mixture.

The flexible, metal mesh is formed of individual interlocking rings being formed into a flexible sheet of metal mesh. The flexible metal mesh is wrapped around the meat item during the cooking process so that the rings and the air pockets thereinbetween act as a insulating layer to retain heat in the food item during and after the cooking process to allow the natural juices to permeate through the food item without the food item losing its heat so that heat and moisture loss are reduced in order to increase flavor and reduce shrinkage.

    摘要: A method for fastening wrapping sheets made of paper or cellulose in pulp-bale packaging, wherein a pulp bale is wrapped using a single-piece or two-part wrapping sheet made of paper or using a lower sheet and upper sheet made of cellulose. The method is characterized in that, at the location of overlap of the two paper or cellulose sheets, or at the end fold of the wrapping sheets made of cellulose or paper, one or more clip(s), including a decomposable material, not leaving behind any harmful components, as bale processing continues, is introduced into the bale. This makes it possible to avoid a costly binding machine or paper-strapping machine, and does away with the outlay required for disposing of the wire by the end user. A fastening device which includes a decomposable material which does not leave behind any harmful components, as bale processing continues is also disclosed.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a sleeve for placement around a container utilizes a single continuous sheet of plastic which is folded into an enclosed shape having a front side, a back side and an overlapping section extending over the front side to form a sleeve body. This enclosed shape is held together by welding through adjacent edges of the front and back sides and the overlapping section to form parallel welds. In the final method step at least one precut is formed in the overlapping section. This precut extends parallel to the welds to allow for detachment of a portion of the overlapping section such that the front side is visible. Information can be printed both on the overlapping section and on the front and back sides, so that the sleeve of the invention has a larger surface area for printing than conventional sleeves which include only front and back portions.
