    摘要: A method for the treatment of polymeric and/or organic waste using a heat-resistant process container provided with a valve and filled with prepared waste and which is closed in a gas-tight manner. The container is moved with the waste into a process furnace for thermal treatment. The waste is degassed therein via the valve during the thermal treatment, and immediately after degassing, the heated process container is moved from the process furnace into a cooling chamber in which the residual heat is removed from the process container and stored in a thermal storage. After cooling, the process container is removed from the cooling chamber and the contents of the process container are emptied into a separating device.

    摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method that use carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) as a source material for the efficient, low-cost manufacture of recycled carbon fibers exhibiting excellent ease of handling. A device for manufacturing recycled carbon fibers is provided with: a dry distillation-carbonization furnace (101) having a box-shaped main body (105), a dry distillation-carbonization chamber (102) which accommodates CFRP (40), a combustion chamber (103) equipped with a burner (104), and a heating chamber (115) formed in the space between the main body (105) and the dry distillation-carbonization chamber (102); and a continuous furnace (26) that continuously heats the CFRP (25) after dry distillation and removes a portion of the fixed carbon. The device for manufacturing recycled carbon fibers of the present invention is characterized in that the dry distillation-carbonization furnace (101) is provided with a steam generator (105) and steam at a temperature of 100° C. or higher and 700° C. or lower is supplied to the dry distillation-carbonization chamber (102).

    摘要: A process for pyrolyzing biomass comprises pyrolyzing cellulosic biomass in a fast pyrolysis chamber by heating the cellulosic biomass to a pyrolyzation temperature to generate a pyrolysis vapor flow therefrom. The pyrolysis vapor flow is directed from the fast pyrolysis chamber along a vapor flow conduit to a condensation trap at a temperature sufficient to condense the vapor to liquid and generate a thermal gradient along the vapor flow conduit between the pyrolysis chamber and condensation trap. A majority of the pyrolysis vapor flow along the vapor flow conduit to the condensation trap is achieved by natural convection. Systems that can practice this process are also disclosed.

    摘要: An improved process and apparatus for the destructive distillation or pyrolysis of rubber, such as used rubber tires, to produce liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons and a solid carbonaceous char. A heat transfer gas circulating in a circulation loop is used to cool the hot char produced in the distillation chamber of a distillation oven, the circulation loop having some means for removing the heat transferred to the heat transfer gas from the hot char. In one embodiment, two distillation ovens are operated in off-set, batchwise distillation cycles. The distillation cycles in the two ovens are coordinated so that a fresh charge of rubber feed is introduced into the distillation chamber of one of the ovens as the distillation of rubber in the other oven is concluded. The heat transfer gas is then circulated through both distillation chambers of the two ovens such that heat is transferred from the hot char produced in one oven at the end of a cycle to the heat transfer gas, and then transferred from the gas to the cold rubber feed introduced into the distillation chamber of the other oven at the beginning of a cycle to preheat the rubber feed. An effective means for determining the distillation end point and a pressurized distillation oven door seal are also provided.

Heating elements are arranged between the enclosure and the container. A heat recovery section, which may be a water reservoir, surrounds the outside of the container to convert water into steam by absorbing heat leaving the container. The enclosure may be inserted into or removed from the container with a forklift. Wood waste or other wood waste material may be filled into the fire crate enclosure to be transformed into wood charcoal by heating appropriately while the container is hermetically sealed.
