摘要： A liquid preparation for application to an inner side of a hollow body to produce a sliding layer on a packaging for pharmaceuticals or cosmetic products comprises the following constituents: a reactive silicone system for forming a silicone network of the sliding layer, a catalyst for catalyzing the cross-linking reaction of the reactive silicone system, at least one unreactive silicone oil, and at least one diluent. The diluent comprises a silicon-containing compound and a content of the at least one diluent in the preparation amounts to more than 45 percent by weight and less than 95 percent by weight in the preparation.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a ureteral stent and a preparation method thereof. The ureteral stent has at least one pre-coating formed on its surface and at least one hydrophilic lubricating coating formed on the pre-coating. Preferably, the pre-coating and the hydrophilic lubricating coating are formed by photocuring, thermal curing, chemical reaction, physical adsorption, crystallization or freezing. By means of the technical solutions of the present disclosure, a stable and firm coating is formed on the surface of the ureteral stent with a more complicated shape, the friction force (the friction force of the 30th cycle is small, and the friction force of the 30th cycle/initial friction force is kept within 2 times) of the ureteral stent is greatly reduced, and the lubricating performance is greatly improved.

The coatings provide improved lubricity and durability and are readily applied in coating processes a low temperatures that do not deform the device. The present invention is also directed to a novel platinum catalyst for use in such coatings. The catalyst provides for rapid curing, while inhibiting cross-linking at ambient temperatures, thereby improving the production pot life of the coatings.

摘要： Embodiments herein relate to polyacrylic acid containing lubricious coatings for medical devices. In an embodiment, a lubricious coated medical device is included having a substrate and a first layer disposed over the substrate. The first layer can include a photoreactive polyvinylpyrrolidone, a non-photoreactive polyvinylpyrrolidone, and a crosslinking compound. A second layer can be disposed over the first layer, the second layer can include a poly(acrylic acid), and a non-photoreactive polyvinylpyrrolidone. The non-photoreactive polyvinylpyrrolidone of the second layer forms a complex with the poly(acrylic acid) of the second layer. The non-photoreactive polyvinylpyrrolidone of the second layer has a concentration existing as a gradient through a thickness of the second layer with a lower concentration at an outer surface of the second layer than at an inner surface of the second layer. Other embodiments are also included herein.

摘要： Medical articles formed from a polyurethane-based resin including a modifying oligomer provide enhanced properties. A modifying oligomer incorporated into a backbone, as a side chain, or both of the polyurethane-based resin formed by a diisocyanate, a polyglycol, and a diol chain extender has at least one, preferably two, alcohol moieties (C—OH) and a functional moiety. Exemplary modifying oligomers are: a diol-containing perfluoropolyether incorporated into the backbone, a monofunctional polysiloxane (e.g., monodialcohol-terminated polydimethylsiloxane) incorporated as the side chain, and combinations thereof. Medical articles herein are self-lubricating and/or anti-fouling.
