    摘要： Mixed crystal pigments of the anthanthrone series and preparation and use thereof Mixed crystal pigments of the anthanthrone series formed from two or more compounds of the formula I ##STR1## where R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are each hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, iodine, nitro, cyano, amino, hydroxyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy, aryloxy, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkylsulfonyl, benzylsulfonyl, acetoxy, anilino, naphthindonylamino or phthalimido, wherein each component may be present in an amount of 1-99%, the preparation thereof by revatting, bead milling, dry milling, dissolving in inorganic acid and precipitating by pouring into water, and use thereof for pigmenting high molecular weight natural or synthetic organic materials.

    摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for enhancing the quality of a foam, such as may be employed in industrial cleaning operations, petroleum well servicing operations, and the like. Foam from a foam generator is introduced into a foam separator comprising a pressure vessel, preferably having an apertured horizontal separator plate therein, a discharge line at the top thereof, and a drain line at the bottom thereof. As foam enters the separator, the foam will pass upward through the apertured separator plate, any liquid remaining below. The liquid then enters the drain line and is reinjected into the liquid line feeding the foam generator, preferably by use of an eductor. The foam is removed from the separator through the discharge line, and put to its intended use.
