摘要: A method for the verification and authentication of additive manufactured product, comprising the steps of receiving, from a customer, at least one customer requirement for a product, deriving at least one manufacturing requirement and generating a product geometry file for the product, recording, by a first computing device, to a distributed transaction register, a first transaction reflecting certification of the product geometry file, obtaining a first output reflecting the first transaction, printing the product with a 3D printer, recording, by a second computing device, to the distributed transaction register, a second transaction reflecting the printing of the product and the first output, obtaining a second output reflecting the second transaction, embedding within the product a unique code reflecting the second output, whereby the product geometry file and the printing of said product may be verified with the unique code such that the product may be authenticated.

摘要: The invention concerns a method for additive manufacturing a component by repetitively superposing and solidifying material layers according to a 3D model of the component. The method comprises the steps of scan, by means of an eddy current sensing unit (20), of a new solidified cross section (15) obtained by selectively solidifying a material layer so as to provide an integrity data (VMM) of a sensed portion (23). A difference between the sensed integrity data (VMM) and an expected integrity data (VEE) is then executed for detecting a manufacturing anomaly within this portion. The expected integrity data (VEE) is determined based on collected integrity data of a solid basic structure likely matching or being identical to a geometrical structure (41) obtained from the 3D model (40) of a portion corresponding to said sensed portion (23), said solid basic structure being manufactured or simulated according to another 3D model.

摘要: Described herein relates to an additive manufacturing system and an input material that overcomes that need to heat and extrude solidifying materials to create a three-dimensional structure. The system arranges subunits of the input material into repeating, interlinked subunits that can be arranged to manufacture a three-dimensional structure that is flexible but also has sufficient structural integrity to retain a desired shape during the additive manufacturing process or post-manufacturing usage. During the additive manufacturing process, the flexible input material can be manipulated and reformed to match the shape and structure of a target three-dimensional structure, upon which the manufactured three-dimensional structure is based. As elongated units of the input material are received by the additive manufacturing machine, the machine assembles the input material into the interlinked, repeating subunits, thereby removing the need to heat and extrude an input material to create a structure.

摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including medium-encoded computer program products, for computer aided design and manufacture of physical structures include, in at least one aspect, a method including: obtaining a design space for a modeled object, load cases for physical simulation, and design criteria, wherein the modeled object includes specified geometry with which generatively designed geometry will connect, and wherein the load cases include at least one in-use load case for the physical structure and at least one subtractive-manufacturing load case associated with the specified geometry and with a subtractive manufacturing system; producing the generatively designed geometry in the design space for the modelled object in accordance with the load cases for physical simulation of the modelled object and the design criteria for the modeled object; and providing the modeled object with the generatively designed geometry for use in manufacturing the physical structure.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for additive casting of parts is disclosed. The method may include: depositing, on a build table, a first portion of a mold, such that, the depositing may be performed layer by layer; pouring liquid substance into the first portion of the mold to form a first casted layer; solidifying at least a portion of the first casted layer; depositing a second portion of the mold, on top of the first portion of the mold; pouring the liquid substance into the second portion of the mold to form a second casted layer, on top of at least a portion of the first casted layer; and solidifying at least a portion of the second casted layer. The method may further include joining the first and second casted layers prior to the pouring of a third casted layer.

摘要: A method of additively manufacturing a three-dimensional object may be performed using an irradiation sequence that is based at least in part on a predicted location of one or more fume plumes emitted from the powder material when irradiated by a plurality of energy beams. An exemplary method may include determining, with a computing device, an irradiation sequence for selectively consolidating powder material using an energy beam system of an additive manufacturing machine, and providing control commands, from the computing device to the energy beam system, configured to cause the energy beam system to emit a plurality of energy beams to selectively consolidate the powder material.

摘要: A three-dimensional (3D) printer includes a nozzle and a camera configured to capture a real image or a real video of a liquid metal while the liquid metal is positioned at least partially within the nozzle. The 3D printer also includes a computing system configured to perform operations. The operations include generating a model of the liquid metal positioned at least partially within the nozzle. The operations also include generating a simulated image or a simulated video of the liquid metal positioned at least partially within the nozzle based at least partially upon the model. The operations also include generating a labeled dataset that comprises the simulated image or the simulated video and a first set of parameters. The operations also include reconstructing the liquid metal in the real image or the real video based at least partially upon the labeled dataset.

摘要: A golf club head, preferably a putter head, comprising at least one structural support member is disclosed herein. The structural support member has a smooth, organic-looking aesthetic, with a continuously changing curvature along its spline and at least one surface, and preferably connects one portion of the golf club head to another portion. Where the support member connects to other portions of the golf club head, the surfaces of the member have a curvature that changes smoothly and continuously, lacking any sharp corners. The support member may be part of a lattice structure formed via binder jetting.

The transport structure includes cavities into which components that use an external interface are inserted. A plurality of components are assembled and integrated into the vehicle. In an embodiment, the components and frame are modular, enabling reparability and replacement of single parts in the event of isolated failures.
