摘要: A method for producing a fiber-reinforced plastic from a prepreg is provided with: executing a first heating to retain the prepreg in a first atmosphere, a temperature of the first atmosphere being above a room temperature and not higher than 100 degrees C.; after executing the first heating, executing a second heating to retain the prepreg in a second atmosphere, a temperature of the second atmosphere being not lower than 150 degrees C. and lower than a curing temperature of the prepreg; and after executing the second heating, executing a third heating to retain the pregreg in a third atmosphere, a temperature of the third atmosphere being higher than the curing temperature, wherein at least the first atmosphere and the second atmosphere are under reduced pressure below an atmospheric pressure.

摘要: An example system for molding a photocurable material into a planar object includes a first mold structure having a first mold surface, a second mold structure having a second mold surface, and one or more protrusions disposed along at least one of the first mold surface or the second mold surface. During operation, the system is configured to position the first and second mold structures such that the first and second mold surfaces face each other with the one or more protrusions contacting the opposite mold surface, and a volume having a total thickness variation (TTV) of 500 nm or less is defined between the first and second mold surfaces. The system is further configured to receive the photocurable material in the volume, and direct radiation at the one or more wavelengths into the volume.

A piezoelectric body film comprising a fluororesin as a piezoelectric material, the fluororesin containing, as a main constituent unit, a repeating unit derived from vinylidene fluoride, a piezoelectric constant d31 of the piezoelectric body film being 20 pC/N or greater, and an extrapolated onset temperature at start of shrinkage determined by TMA measurement being not lower than 90° C. and not higher than 115° C. The difference between piezoelectric constants d31 measured before and after heating the piezoelectric body film at 100° C. for 24 hours relative to the piezoelectric constant d31 before the heating for 24 hours is 20% or less.

摘要: Polylactide (PLA) parts can be crystallized via two procedures. In the first procedure, i.e. a 2-step post-mold annealing process, the complete crystallization of PLA parts can be done after molding in a secondary operation called as post-mold annealing to make higher heat-resistant PLA parts. There are limitations to this 2-step operation, namely, a) warpage of parts with complex geometries, and b) scaling up higher production volume times. In the second procedure, i.e. 1-step in-mold annealing process, the complete crystallization of PLA parts can be done in the mold itself by holding the temperature of the mold at the crystallization temperature of PLA which is about 100° C. The 1-step in-mold annealing process using a masterbatch blended with neat PLA results in a highly crystalline article produced in a significantly lower cycle time.

摘要: A wiring harness includes multiple wires having a portion, a tubular hanking material that extends a length over the portion. The hanking material includes an unshrunk diameter and a shrunk diameter and has a frangible portion that is bounded by first and second rows that are separated by a spacing. The first row is provided by first apertures that are spaced a first distance, and the second row is provided by second apertures that are spaced a second distance. A strip of material in the frangible portion extends along the length. The strip is configured to tear the frangible portion from a remaining portion of the hanking material along the first and second rows when pulled. A first ratio of the unshrunk diameter to the spacing is greater than 1.8, and a second ratio of the unshrunk diameter to one of the first and second distances is greater than 15.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a process for dyeing a hydrolysis-resistant polyester film. The process comprises dyeing of a hydrolysis resistant polyester film in a dye bath comprising at least one coloring agent (dye), at least one polyhydric alcohol, and optionally at least one UV absorber to obtain a dyed film. The dyed film is subjected to quenching followed by cleaning and drying to obtain a dyed hydrolysis-resistant polyester film. The process of the present disclosure is simple, economical, improve hydrolysis resistance, and also retains the mechanical properties of the film when exposed to harsh environmental conditions.
