摘要: An electrolyte including a dinitrile compound, a trinitrile compound, and propyl propionate. Based on the total weight of the electrolyte, the weight percentage of the dinitrile compound is X, the weight percentage of the trinitrile compound is Y, and the weight percentage of the propyl propionate is Z, wherein, about 2 wt %≤(X+Y)≤about 8 wt %, about 0.1≤(X/Y)≤about 6, about 30 wt %≤Z≤about 50 wt %, and about 0.01≤(Y/Z)≤about 0.3; wherein the dinitrile compound is one or more compounds selected from adiponitrile, 1,4-dicyano-2-butene, and ethylene glycol bis(2-cyanoethyl) ether; and the trinitrile compound is one or more compounds selected from 1,3,5-pentanetricarbonitrile; 1,2,3-propanetrinitrile; 1,3,6-hexanetricarbonitrile; 1,2,6-hexanetricarbonitrile; 1,2,3-tris(2-cyanoethoxy)propane; 1,2,4-tris(2-cyanoethoxy)butane; 1,1,1-tris(cyanoethoxymethylene)ethane; 1,1,1-tris(cyanoethoxymethylene)propane; 3-methyl-1,3,5-tris(cyanoethoxy)pentane; 1,2,7-tris(cyanoethoxy)heptane; 1,2,6-tris(cyanoethoxy)hexane; 1,2,5-tris(cyanoethoxy)pentane; and any combination thereof.

摘要: A positive electrode sheet, a secondary battery, a battery module, a battery pack and an electrical apparatus are described. The positive electrode sheet includes a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode film layer arranged on at least one surface of the positive electrode current collector and having a single-layer or multi-layer structure. When the positive electrode film layer is of the single-layer structure, at least one positive electrode film layer comprises both a first positive electrode active material and a second positive electrode active material with a chemical formula of LiaAxMn1-yRyP1-zCzO4-nDn; and/or, when the positive electrode film layer is of the multi-layer structure, at least one layer of the at least one positive electrode film layer includes both a first and second positive electrode active material. The secondary battery made of the positive electrode sheet has high energy density and high battery cell rate performance.

摘要: Disclosed is a battery cell, a battery, an electric apparatus, and a manufacturing method of the battery, belonging to the technical field of batteries. The battery includes an electrode assembly, an electrode terminal and a current collector, the current collector is configured to connect the electrode assembly and the electrode terminal; where the current collector and the electrode terminal are connected through a welding portion; and the welding portion is exposed at an external peripheral surface of the current collector and/or an external peripheral surface of the electrode terminal. The battery cell, the battery, the electric apparatus, and the manufacturing method of the battery are capable of ensuring the safety of the battery.

摘要: An electrochemical cell is provided, which includes a cathode comprising a three dimensional (3D) porous cathode structure, an anode, an electrolyte separator, comprised of a ceramic material, located between the cathode and the anode, and a cathode current collector, wherein the cathode is located between the cathode current collector and the electrolyte separator. The 3D porous cathode structure includes ionically conducting electrolyte strands extending through the cathode from the cathode current collector to the electrolyte separator, pores extending through the cathode from the cathode current collector to the electrolyte separator, and an electronically conducting network extending on sidewall surfaces of the pores from the cathode current collector to the electrolyte separator.

摘要: Solid-state lithium ion electrolytes of lithium zinc chloride derivative compounds having a crystal morphology in the Pmn21 space group are provided as materials for conducting lithium ions. An activation energy of the lithium aluminum chloride derivative compounds is from 0.15 to 0.40 eV and conductivities are from 0.01 to 15 mS/cm at 300 K. Compounds of specific formulae are provided and methods to alter the materials with inclusion of aliovalent ions shown. Lithium batteries containing the composite lithium ion electrolytes and electrodes containing the lithium aluminum chloride derivative compounds are also provided.

摘要: A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to an embodiment includes a spirally wound electrode body in which a positive electrode and a negative electrode are spirally wound with a separator interposed therebetween. The negative electrode includes a negative electrode current collector, a first negative electrode mixture layer disposed on a first surface of the negative electrode current collector, and a second negative electrode mixture layer disposed on a second surface of the negative electrode current collector. The first surface and the second surface face outward and inward of the electrode body, respectively. At least the first negative electrode mixture layer includes a Si active material. The content of the Si active material in terms of Si in the second negative electrode mixture layer is lower than the content of the Si active material in terms of Si in the first negative electrode mixture layer.

摘要: Provided is an electrode sheet manufacturing method including preparing a sheet stack including an electrode composite material layer and a separator provided on the electrode composite material layer, irradiating the separator of the sheet stack with a first laser beam having a wavelength to be absorbed by the separator, and moving an irradiation position of the first laser beam relative to the sheet stack. The method further includes irradiating the sheet stack having been irradiated with the first laser beam with a second laser beam having a wavelength to be absorbed by the electrode composite material layer, and moving an irradiation position of the second laser beam relative to the sheet stack, wherein the irradiation position of the second laser beam moves so as to follow a track of the irradiation position of the first laser beam.

摘要: Provided is a positive electrode for a secondary battery in which carbon nanotubes are used, of which an initial resistance is small, and that suppresses an increase in resistance when charging and discharging are repeated. The positive electrode for a secondary battery disclosed herein includes a positive-electrode current collector and a positive-electrode active material layer provided on the positive-electrode current collector. The positive-electrode active material layer contains a positive-electrode active material and carbon nanotubes, and substantially does not contain a resin binder. The positive-electrode active material layer includes a layer-like region that is in contact with the positive-electrode current collector, and a region other than the layer-like region. Both of the layer-like region and the region other than the layer-like region contain carbon nanotubes. A content of carbon nanotubes in the layer-like region is larger than a content of carbon nanotubes in the region other than the layer-like region.
