摘要： A battery cell, a battery, and a method and a device for preparing the battery are provided. The battery cell includes: a housing, having an opening; an electrode assembly, accommodated in the housing; an end cap covering the opening and provided with a pressure relief mechanism; and an insulating member, disposed between the end cover and the electrode assembly to insulate and isolate the end cover from the electrode assembly. The insulating member includes a body and a boss, a first through hole being formed in the area of the body corresponding to the pressure relief mechanism, the boss being connected to the body and extending towards the electrode assembly, a second through hole being formed in a side surface of the boss. The first through hole and the second through hole are used for forming an exhaust channel from the interior of the battery cell to the pressure relief mechanism.

摘要： A secondary battery, a battery module and an electrical device are provided. The secondary battery includes a top cover plate, cell assemblies, and insulators arranged between the top cover plate and the cell assemblies and configured to isolate the cell assemblies from the top cover plate. Each of the cell assemblies includes a cell body and tabs arranged on the cell body; the secondary battery includes electrode terminals, the electrode terminals pass through the top cover plate and the insulators and being connected to the tabs. Bottom ends of the electrode terminals extend along the bottom surfaces of the insulators to form extension parts. The extension parts are fixedly connected to the tabs. According to the disclosure, a connecting piece is omitted, and production parts and procedures are simplified, thereby facilitating reduction of the production cost.

At an interface where the first metal and the second metal are overlapped, one of the first metal and the second metal has a protrusion having a flat top portion. The other metal is joined to the top portion. A cross section of the protrusion orthogonal to a projection direction of the protrusion is set such that fusing occurs when a current equal to or higher than a predetermined current value flows between the first metal and the second metal.

摘要： A battery is provided having heat transfer bars that directly transfer heat between the interior layers of a battery cell and the case that encloses the battery cell. The battery does not transfer significant heat from its interior layers to the posts of the battery that reside outside of the battery case. A temperature-controlled power system also is provided that uses multiple, active thermoelectric devices paired with multiple batteries to provide individual temperature control of the individual batteries forming the power system. The multiple, active thermoelectric devices preferably transfer heat to a single radiator on each side of the power system. A method of transferring heat from a battery interior using conductive, active, and convective heat transfer is also described.

摘要： The present invention relates to a cylindrical lithium ion secondary battery which, when an upper end of a cylindrical can is clamped, can prevent deformation of a cap assembly so as to improve safety. For an example, a cylindrical lithium ion secondary battery is disclosed, the battery comprising: a cylindrical can; an electrode assembly received in the cylindrical can; and a cap assembly for sealing the cylindrical can, wherein: the cap assembly comprises a top plate having a notch formed thereon, a support plate disposed in close contact with a lower surface of the top plate and including a first through-hole formed through the center thereof, and a bottom plate electrically connected with the electrode assembly and connected to the lower surface of the top plate through the first through-hole; and the support plate has a strength greater than a strength of the top plate.

摘要： A cylindrical battery with an opening sealing body which includes a valve member, a metal plate disposed on an inner side of the battery with respect to the valve member, and an annular insulating member interposed between the valve member and the metal plate. The valve member and the metal plate are connected at respective central portions. The metal plate and the insulating member each have communicating holes. The valve member has a thin-walled portion which is deformable when an internal pressure of the battery increases. The insulating member has a section that covers a surface, on the valve member side, of the metal plate, a section that is provided subsequent to the section and covers a circumferential end face of the metal plate, and a section that is provided subsequent to the section and covers a surface, on an inner side of the battery, of the metal plate.
