摘要: In a brushless motor comprising a stator core having a plurality of teeth that protrude therefrom in radial directions, a front insulator which is attached to the stator core and which has a plurality of insulating portions that protrude therefrom along the direction of protrusion of the respective teeth, and a plurality of coils formed by magnet wire wound about each of the insulating portions at the respective teeth, a top face of the respective insulating portions of the front insulator is provided in advance with a deformable rib which is capable of being deformed by tension of the magnet wire wound thereabout, and the magnet wire is wound about the deformable rib to form the coils as the deformable rib is made to deform in correspondence to the external shape of the magnet wire.

摘要: A rotation-detecting apparatus includes the following: a rotor coil provided on a rotor; detection coils provided on stators; a control circuit that detects the relative rotational angle between the rotor and the stators by processing detection signals induced in the detection coils as a result of the rotor coil being excited by an excitation signal; and a communicating means for performing data communication with an external device. The control circuit in the rotation-detecting apparatus has functionality whereby a switch signal that turns on and off at preset rotational angles is outputted on the basis of the aforementioned detection signals. Also, the control circuit is designed such that the set rotational angles for the aforementioned switch signal can be changed by the external device via the abovementioned communicating means.

摘要: An actuation system is proposed for an optical system, comprising a voice coil motor for actuating the optical system, the voice coil motor comprising a magnet and an electric coil, a position measuring unit for measuring the position of the electric coil and providing a position feedback signal, and a control unit for closed loop control of the position of the optical system based on a target position and the position feedback signal, used for generating a drive signal for the electric coil. According to the disclosure, a ferromagnetic element is arranged in proximity to the electric coil so that the inductance of the electric coil depends on its position. Further, the position-measuring unit measures the inductance of the electric coil and determines the position of the electric coil based on the determined inductance.

摘要: An integrated circuit for controlling operation of a motor of a fan assembly. The fan assembly includes a housing and a fan. The motor is in the housing. The housing is void of sensors. The motor is configured to rotate the fan. The integrated circuit includes a detection module and a first control module. The detection module is separate from the fan assembly. The detection module is configured to detect a voltage induced in a first coil of the motor or a back electromotive force received from the first coil of the motor. The first control module is configured to receive a control signal from a second control module and control the operation of the fan based on (a) the control signal, and (b) the voltage induced in the first coil of the motor or the back electromotive force. The second control module is separate from the integrated circuit.

摘要: A permanent-magnet type rotating electrical machine, including a rotor including a plurality of magnetic poles arranged at an equal interval, and a stator including a plurality of teeth and a plurality of armature windings. A high frequency voltage different in frequency and amplitude from voltages for generating a torque is applied to the armature windings. A magnetic pole position of the rotor is estimated by using a current trajectory of a measured high frequency current. When dq transform is applied to the measured high frequency current, a current trajectory forms an ellipse on d and q axes. Angular variation ranges of a major axis of the ellipse with respect to a load current and a rotor position are set so as to acquire a predetermined position estimation resolution.

摘要: A motor device includes a motor unit and a converter unit. The motor unit includes an inverter circuit; an inverter drive circuit; a brushless DC motor comprising a rotor and a stator; a first shunt resistor; a first input terminal; a second input terminal; a third input terminal; a first output terminal; and a first ground terminal. The converter unit includes a case; a AC/DC converter; a microcomputer; a first output terminal; a second output terminal; a third output terminal; a first input terminal; a second shunt resistor; and a second grounding terminal. The microcomputer calculates a current value by using the terminal voltage and a resistance value of the second shunt resistor, compares the current value with a specified current value, and limit or cut off the output of the analog control signal when the current value exceeds the specified current value.
