Abstract:
An anisotropic conductive sheet which does not damage a wafer nor the electrode terminals of a conduction measuring instrument due to loading when the wafer is to be inspected, and ensures a good conductivity. The anisotropic conductive sheet (1) comprises porous resin layers formed by foaming and electron-beam-crosslinking fluororubber or tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymer rubber having an open cell structure and provided on the inner walls of a plurality of through holes (3) pierced in the thickness direction of an electrically-insulating porous sheet (2) made of foamed fluororubber or the like, characterized in that the skeleton surface of the porous resin is coated with metal. In addition, it is especially preferable for porous resin.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a drilled porous resin base material with conductive drilled inner wall surfaces, comprising a step 1 for penetrating liquid or solution into the porous structure of the porous resin base material, a step 2 for forming solid matter from the penetrated liquid or solution, a step 3 for forming a plurality of drilled holes passed from the first surface to the second surface of the porous resin base material having the solid matter in the porous structure, and a step 4 for melting or dissolving the solid matter and removing it from the porous structure. The method also comprises the step for selectively adhering catalysts to only the inner wall surfaces of the drilled holes and adhering a conductive metal to the inner wall surfaces.
Abstract:
Stretched polytetrafluoroethylene moldings including porous polytetrafluoroethylene tube having a high axial tear strength; and a process for the production thereof. More specifically, stretched polytetrafluoroethylene moldings which have a microstructure constituted of fibrils and nodes interconnected by the fibrils and exhibit axial tear strengths of 6,000 gf/mm or above as calculated by the formula: L/[T × (V/100)] (wherein axial tear load is represented by L(gf), wall thickness is represented by T(mm), and volume ratio of resin is represented by V(%)); and a process for the production of the stretched polytetrafluoroethylene moldings which comprises the step of high-speed extrusion molding.
Abstract:
A stretched polytetrafluoroethylene formed article wherein at least a part of a formed article in a rod form comprising a stretched polytetrafluoroethylene porous material is coated or impregnated with a synthetic resin having a tensile modulus higher than that of polytetrafluoroethylene, and the part coated or impregnated with the synthetic resin is so deformed by twisting as to have a diameter less than that of the part not twisted; a method for producing the stretched polytetrafluoroethylene formed article; and a composite article using the stretched polytetrafluoroethylene formed article.
