摘要： Provided are a Taq polymerase mutant, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The Taq polymerase mutant includes an amino acid sequence having at least 70% identity to the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:2, wherein the amino acid sequence has mutations occuring at one or more positions selected from the group consisting of: P40, L125, G200, D335, G499, E634, F769 or a combination thereof. The provided Taq polymerase mutant has high amplification activity, can obtain more amplification products compared with wild-type Taq polymerase under the same number of PCR cycles, and moreover, is resistant to whole blood and high salt and has low 5'-3' exonuclease activity.

摘要： Provided is a T cell receptor (TCR) having a property of binding to a SLLMWITQC-HLA A2 complex; and the binding affinity of the TCR to the SLLMWITQC-HLA A2 complex is at least twice that of a wild-type TCR to the SLLMWITQC-HLA A2 complex. Also provided is a fusion molecule of such a TCR with a therapeutic agent. Such a TCR can be used alone or in combination with a therapeutic agent so as to target tumour cells presenting the SLLMWITQC-HLA A2 complex.

摘要： Provided are a method for preparing starch using carbon dioxide, a recombinant microorganism, a method for constructing the recombinant microorganism, and a reagent. The method for preparing starch using carbon dioxide comprises: (1) providing energy and carbon sources for microbial cells on the basis of carbon dioxide and extracellular non-optical energy; and (2) generating starch within the microbial cells on the basis of at least one of up-regulated glucose-1-phosphate adenylyltransferase and starch synthase in the microbial cells. In this way, by utilizing non-optical energy, such as electric energy or hydrogen energy, starch can be effectively prepared inside the microbial cells by fixing carbon dioxide.
