Provided is a piezoelectric material including a lead-free perovskite-type composite oxide which is excellent in piezoelectric characteristics and temperature characteristics and is represented by the general formula (1): xABO3-yA′BO3-zA″B′O3 in which A is a Bi element; A′ is a rare earth element including La; B is at least one element selected from Ti, Zn, Sn and Zr; A″ is at least one element selected from Ba, Sr and Ca; B′ is at least one element selected from divalent, trivalent, pentavalent, tetravalent, and hexavalent elements; and x is a value of 0.10 or more and 0.95 or less, y is a value of 0 or more and 0.5 or less, and z is a value of 0 or more and 0.7 or less, provided that x+y+z=1.

A ferroelectric ceramic for use as a pyroelectric, said ceramic having the composition: Pb1+ delta äÄ(Mg1/3Nb2/3)y (Zr1-xTix)1-yÜ1-zAzüO3 where: 0.05≥ delta ≥0 0.4≥ x>0 0.4≥ y> 0 0.05≥ z> 0 and wherein A is a cationic multivalent octahedral site substituent. The ferroelectric ceramic is useful as an active pyroelectric material in infrared detecting devices.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and also easy adjustment by the constitution that plural resistors and capacitive elements on a composite laminated ceramic substrate to adjust the value of them by means of terminal connections. CONSTITUTION:Resitors 3-1-3-3, 4-1-4-3, and capacitors 5-1-5-3, 6-1-6-3 constituting a piezoelectric oscillator are all formed on the composite laminated ceramic substrate 8 and an optional resistance value or capacitance value is obtained by selecting the connections of them. The piezoelectric oscillator 2, a semiconductor element 11 and a frequency dividing circuit 7 are mounted on the substrate 8 like this, the assembly is fitted onto a metallic stem 5 via an insulator and sealed tightly by a metallic case 4. A desired value is selected easily without removing individual resistors or the like by adjusting the values of the resistors and the capacitive elements formed on the substrate by means of the terminal connections in this way.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a phase synchronizing piezoelectric oscillator with small size, high accuracy and excellent economy by forming a frequency-dividing ratio switching circuit of a frequency divider and a voltage holding circuit in the inside of a laminated structure. CONSTITUTION:Capacitors 11-1-11-3, 12-1-12-3, and resistors 21-1-21-3 constituting the voltage holding circuit are formed in the inside of the laminated boards. A connecting terminal part 63 to form a circuit suitable for a piezoelectric oscillator having a specific characteristic and a circuit suitable for the variation in a piezoelectric element and a sampling signal level, and a switch for switching the frequency-dividing ratio are formed on the surface of the laminated boards. Thus, the phase synchronizing piezoelectric oscillator with small size, high accuracy and excellent economy is obtained.
