摘要: The disclosure discloses a receiving end/signal transmitting method, a pure-optical active cable and an active cable. The receiving end includes a first high-speed signal optoelectronic transmission module and a first low-speed signal optoelectronic transmission module; a power supply port of the first high-speed signal optoelectronic transmission module being connected with a high-speed signal line of the receiving end, and a power supply port of the first low-speed signal optoelectronic transmission module being connected with the high-speed signal line. When the high-speed signal line of the receiving end is connected to a termination power supply of a display device during signal transmitting, the first high-speed signal optoelectronic transmission module and the first low-speed signal optoelectronic transmission module are capable of acquiring a power supply signal from the high-speed signal line to solve power supply in the receiving end of the pure-optical active cable.

摘要: A portable lighting apparatus is provided with a gallium-and-nitrogen containing laser diode based white light source combined with an infrared illumination source which are driven by drivers disposed in a printed circuit board assembly enclosed in a compact housing and powered by a portable power supply therein. The portable lighting apparatus includes a first wavelength converter configured to output a white-color emission and an infrared emission. A beam shaper may be configured to direct the white-color emission and the infrared emission to a front aperture of a compact housing of the portable lighting apparatus. An optical transmitting unit is configured to project or transmit a directional light beam of the white light emission and/or the infrared emission for illuminating a target of interest, transmitting a pulsed sensing signal or modulated data signal generated by the drivers therein. In some configurations, detectors are included for depth sensing and visible/infrared light communications.

摘要: A semiconductor structure and a forming method thereof are provided. The forming method of the semiconductor structure comprises: providing a substrate comprising a first area for forming a P-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor (PMOS) transistor and a second area for forming an N-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor (NMOS) transistor; forming a channel layer on the surface of the first area of the substrate; adjusting the oxidation rate of the channel layer to reduce the difference between the oxidation rate of the channel layer and the oxidation rate of the substrate; and oxidizing the surfaces of the channel layer and the second area of the substrate to form a first transition oxide layer covering the surface of the channel layer and a second transition oxide layer covering the surface of the second area of the substrate.

The method may include the steps of clustering pixels from one of a plurality of images into one or more segments, determining one or more unstable segments changing by more than a predetermined threshold from a prior of the plurality of images, determining one or more segments transitioning from an unstable to a stable segment, determining depth for one or more of the one or more segments that have changed by more than the predetermined threshold, determining depth for one or more of the one or more transitioning segments, and combining the determined depth for the one or more unstable segments and the one or more transitioning segments with a predetermined depth of all segments changing less than the predetermined threshold from the prior of the plurality of images.

摘要: A store suspension lug assembly comprises a base securable to a store and a lug portion hingedly movable between an extended position in which it is engageable by a suspension hook of a release unit and a retracted position presenting a lower aerodynamic profile. The lug portion is biased towards the retracted position. A locking mechanism has a locked state in which the lug portion is held in the extended position. The locking mechanism is releasable by action of the suspension hook on the lug portion, e.g. by the suspension hook engaging a portion of the locking mechanism as the weight of the store acts on the suspension hook via the lug portion. Engagement of the suspension hook with the lug portion may maintain the lug portion in the extended position against the bias.
