摘要: A packaging material for batteries including a laminate in which at least a base material layer, a metal layer, and a sealant layer are laminated in order. The battery packaging material satisfies the relationships of: (A1−A2)≥60 N/15 mm; and (B1−B2)≥50 N/15 mm. A1 is a stress in elongation by 10% in the MD direction and B1 is a stress in elongation by 10% in the TD direction in the laminate, and A2 is a stress in elongation by 10% in the MD direction and B2 is a stress in elongation by 10% in the TD direction in the base material layer.

摘要: A battery includes a battery element, a housing body, and a valve device. The housing body is constituted by at least one laminate and includes an interior space in which the battery element is housed, a first housing portion that covers the interior space from a first side, and a second housing portion that covers the interior space from a second side. The valve device is attached to the housing body and can make interior space of housing body be in communication with an external space. A joined edge portion is formed in housing body as a result of the first and second housing portion being fused along respective peripheral edge portions. The valve device is sandwiched between the first and second housing portion in the joined edge portion, and an inner end of the valve device protrudes from an inner edge of joined edge portion toward the interior space.

摘要: A packaging material for electrochemical cells, which has insulating properties sufficient for preventing a short circuit, while exhibiting excellent electrolyte solution resistance and water vapor barrier properties. A packaging material for electrochemical cells is obtained by sequentially laminating a metal layer, an adhesive resin layer and a thermally adhesive resin layer in this order, wherein: a base coating layer is provided between the metal layer and the adhesive resin layer; and the base coating layer contains at least a zirconium oxide (A) having an average particle diameter within the range of from 1 nm to 500 nm (inclusive), one or more phosphorus-containing compounds (B) selected from the group of phosphorus compounds having 4 or more phosphonic groups in each molecule, and an acid-modified polyolefin resin (C).

摘要: A resin composition can impart high insulating properties, sealing properties, and moldability to a battery packaging material. A resin composition minimizes cracks when used in the sealant layer of a battery packaging material and a heat seal section of the material is bent, and can impart high insulating properties. A resin composition for use in the sealant layer of a battery packaging material contains: at least one of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer having a melting point of 156° C. or more and an ethylene content of 5 mass % or less and a propylene-ethylene block copolymer having a melting point of 158° C. or more and an ethylene content of 7 mass % or less; and a polyolefin elastomer having a melting point of 135° C. or more. A resin composition for the sealing layer of a battery packaging material contains a polyolefin resin having an isotactic fraction of 99% or less.

摘要: In a packaging material for a battery constituted by a laminate body having at least a base material layer, a bonding layer, a metal layer and a sealant layer in this order, the bonding layer satisfies at least two of the following properties (1) to (3). (1) The hardness is 20 to 115 MPa when an indenter is pressed into the bonding layer by 5 μm from the cross-section of the laminate body using a nano-indenter. (2) The peak temperature is 10 to 60° C. for the loss modulus peak that is acquired when a dynamic viscoelasticity is measured at a frequency of 1 Hz for the bonding layer. (3) IH/IM is 0.15 to 1.5, where an integral value of peak areas existing in 2800 to 3000 cm−1 is defined as IM, and an integral value of peak areas existing in 3100 to 3500 cm−1 is defined as IH.

摘要: A battery includes a battery element, a housing body, and a valve device. The housing body is constituted by at least one laminate including at least a base material layer, a barrier layer, and a heat-sealable resin layer layered in that order and houses the battery element. The valve device is in communication with the inside of the housing body. A joined edge portion in which the mutually facing heat-sealable resin layers are fused together is formed in a peripheral edge portion of the housing body. The valve device includes a first portion and a second portion. A valve mechanism configured to reduce the internal pressure of the housing body if the internal pressure is increased due to gas generated in the housing body is formed in the first portion. An air passage configured to guide gas generated in the housing body toward the valve mechanism is formed in the second portion. The first portion is located on an outer side of an edge of the joined edge portion. At least a portion of the second portion is sandwiched between the heat-sealable resin layers in the joined edge portion.

摘要: A battery includes a battery element, a housing body, and a valve device. The housing body houses the battery element. The valve device is in communication with the inside of the housing body. Heat-sealable resin layers face each other in a peripheral edge portion of the housing body. 摘要: A technology for improving molding properties while minimizing curling after molding in a battery packaging material comprising a laminate that is provided with a barrier layer, a heat-sealable resin layer positioned on one surface side of the barrier layer, and a polyester film positioned on the other surface side of the barrier layer. This battery packaging material is configured from at least a laminate provided with a barrier layer, a heat-sealable resin layer positioned on one surface side of the barrier layer, and a polyester film positioned on the other surface side of the barrier layer. The birefringence of the polyester film is in the range of 0.016-0.056.
