    摘要: A system to protect and reconfigure a computer network in case of advance warning of a disruption event that would disrupt the operation of the computer network is presented. The system comprises a main control system (MCS) that comprises a software system that makes continuous local backups of data nodes, maintains a plurality of remote backups, and maintains an ordered list of the remote backups. With the first warning of the disruption event, the MCS: 1) locks down some virtual servers at each remote backup and secures a selected remote backup; 2) determines the expected start and end time of the disruption event; 3) warns users about the disruption event; 4) uses the selected remote backup to provide a local copy of the data nodes; and 5) shuts down vulnerable critical systems. When the disruption event occurs, the MCS promotes the selected remote backup to be the primary data node.

The ramp allows the snow blower to be pushed or propelled to the drip tray and the drip tray collects melt water originating at the snow blower. Melt water may be contained within the drip tray by three walls of the drip tray, an elevation of a portion of the ramp, and/or an inclination of the drip tray floor. In some embodiments, the drip tray may comprise a plurality of drain holes in the drip tray floor and a water reservoir under the drip tray floor for collecting the melt water.

    摘要: In one embodiment of the invention, a master tool is disclosed including a top plate, a plurality of buttons, and a releasable locking mechanism. The top plate has an array of openings and a top side with a background patterned surface. The plurality of buttons are in the array of openings and configured to be repositioned to selectively orient their orientable patterned surface into a different orientation with respect to the background patterned surface. The releasable locking mechanism releasably locks the position of the plurality of buttons within the array of openings to hold the selected orientation of each orientable patterned surface with respect to the background patterned surface to provide a top surface pattern. The top surface pattern of the master tooling may be transferred to form a surface pattern into retro-reflective sheeting during its manufacture.

The retro-reflective sheeting comprises a flexible optical material film or substrate having a geometric optical surface opposite a base surface. The geometric optical surface includes a background pattern region of corner cubes arranged at a first orientation with respect to an edge of the retro-reflective sheeting; and an array of circular corner cube regions periodically interrupting the background pattern region of corner cubes. Each of the circular corner cube regions has a second orientation with respect to the edge of the retro-reflective sheeting. The array of the plurality of circular corner cube regions reflects incident light differently than the background pattern region of corner cubes.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is an aerogenerator having a rotation support unit for facilitating rotation of a rotational body. The aerogenerator includes a support pillar, a rotational body, vanes, a rotating force transmission unit, a generating unit and a rotation support unit. The support pillar has a hollow space therein and has a support extension on the upper end thereof. The rotational body is provided on the upper end of the support pillar so as to be rotatable using the rotation support unit. The vanes are provided on opposite ends of the rotational body. The rotating force transmission unit transmits rotating force of the vanes to the generating unit. In the present invention, the rotation support unit comprises a rotating plate which is provided between the rotational body and the support pillar, and first rollers which are provided in the rotating plate and are in contact with the rotational body and the support extension. The rotation support unit further comprises second rollers which are provided under the rotating plate and are in contact with the inner surface of the hollow space of the support pillar. Therefore, the rotational body can easily rotate on the upper end of the support pillar by the first rollers, and the rotational plate can be prevented from being separated from the upper end of the support pillar by the second rollers.

    摘要: A backlight for a stereoscopic 3D liquid crystal display apparatus includes a light guide formed from a plurality of segments. Each segment has a first side and a second side opposite the first side, and a first surface extending between the first and second sides and a second surface opposite the first surface. The first surface substantially re-directs light and the second surface substantially transmits light. The plurality of segments are arranged substantially in parallel with the second surfaces transmitting light in substantially the same direction to provide backlighting for a stereoscopic 3D liquid crystal display. A light source is disposed along only one of the first side or second side of each segment for transmitting light into the light guide from either the first side or second side. Each segment light source is selectively turned on and off in a particular pattern.
