    摘要: A glow-discharge decomposition apparatus comprises ground electrodes, substrates, RF-electrodes, a RF-power supply, a matching circuit and a controlling circuit having at least one electric element. Each of the substrates is provided on the ground electrodes which are placed over each of the RF-electrodes in parallel to each other. Each of the RF-electrodes standing in parallel are electrically insulated to each other. The matching circuit is connected to accept a RF-power from the RF-power supply. The controlling circuit is connected to accept a RF-power from the matching circuit. The outputs of the controlling circuit are connected to supply RF-powers to the RF-electrodes. The films are fabricated on the substrates by supplying RF-powers being independently controlled via the controlling circuit, thereby plasmas are controlled over each of the RF-electrodes. Thus, deposition rates are individually controlled and uniform films are fabricated on each of the substrates.

    摘要: An electrode for electric discharge machining wherein at least a part of the surface of the electrode is coated with a non-single crystalline insulator to prevent undesirable electric discharge between the electrode and a workpiece. The electrode may also have a coating of a buffer material formed from a metal having a small thermal expansion coefficient or from an amorphous material, in which case the exterior coat is a hard insulator with a Vickers hardness of at least 1000 coated on the buffer. A process for the production of these electrodes using plasma discharge methods is also described.

Subsequently, saline solution is provided to the electrolysis bath to conduct electrolysis, conduct ultrasonic cleaning with alkaline water obtained by the electrolysis, introduce acidic water in the acidic water generation bath and conduct sterilization-cleaning, and further to conduct ultrasonic cleaning with city tap water. Then, the endoscopic camera instrument is dried with warm air as the case requires.

    摘要: Provided are a system of cleaning the inside of an endoscope channel and a method of cleaning the inside of an endoscope channel, which allows to reduce a burden on an operator with enhanced safety with infection and contamination and a high cleaning effect. A first cleaning element 11 and a second cleaning element 12 are formed in a rotational symmetry with a given axis, provided with an external diameter larger than an inner diameter of a channel 1 of an endoscope and elastic in a direction perpendicular to the axis. The first cleaning element 11 is provided with a magnetic body. The first cleaning element 11 and the second cleaning element 12 are inserted into the inside of a channel 1 of an endoscope to conform the axial direction with a length direction of the channel 1. Cleaning water is injected into the channel 1 to move the first cleaning element 11 and the second cleaning element 12 inside the channel 1. A magnet of a guiding device 13 configured outside the channel 1 is acted on the magnetic body of the first cleaning element 11 to guide the first cleaning element to a branch channel 1b.
