摘要: The present invention provides a polyurethane foam and a manufacturing method therefor, the polyurethane foam being a reaction product of a polyester polyol and an isocyanate and having a flame retardancy index (FRI) of 130 or less, wherein the polyester polyol is formed from a composition comprising an alcohol and two or more types of aromatic carboxylic acid including isophthalic acid and phthalic acid. The polyurethane foam can have both improved flame retardancy and heat resistance, and has total heat release and total smoke release that are significantly lower than those of a conventional polyurethane foam, and thus has an excellent fire protection effect when used as an interior material for buildings and low toxic gas generation.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of reducing the lambda aging of a polyurethane foam, a polyisocyanurate foam or a mixture thereof comprising producing the foam from a foamable composition comprising an isocyanate and a polyol premix composition comprising a polyol or mixture of polyols, a blowing agent selected from the group consisting of 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene (1234ze), 1,1,1,4,4,4-hexafluorobut-2-ene (1336mzzm) and/or 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene (1233zd) and a flame retardant wherein the flame retardant comprises 25 phpp or less of a phosphate based flame retardant.

摘要: The mixing system includes a first container filled with a polyol composition, a second container filled with an isocyanate composition, and a stationary mixer configured to mix the polyol composition discharged from the first container and the isocyanate composition discharged from the second container. The polyol composition includes a polyol, a catalyst, and a low boiling point compound having a boiling point of less than 0° C. The isocyanate composition includes an isocyanate compound and a low boiling point compound having a boiling point of less than 0° C. The first container and the second container each have an internal pressure in a range of 0.3 to 1.0 MPa at 35° C., and a mixer portion of the stationary mixer has a length of 30 to 230 mm. A mixing system can be provided that enhances the mixability of a polyol composition and a polyisocyanate composition in a stationary mixer and prevents curing in the stationary mixer.

摘要: Process for preparing rigid polyurethane or urethane-modified polyisocyanurate foams from polyisocyanates and polyfunctional isocyanate-reactive compounds in the presence of blowing agents wherein the polyfunctional isocyanate-reactive compounds comprise an unmodified or modified novolac polyol and a polyether polyol having a hydroxyl number of between 50 and 650 mg KOH/g obtained by reacting a polyfunctional initiator first with ethylene oxide and subsequently with propylene oxide wherein the propoxylation degree is between 0.33 and 2 mole propylene oxide per active hydrogen atom in the initiator and wherein the molar ratio of ethylene oxide to propylene oxide in said polyether polyol is at least 2.
