Abstract:
A solid-state imaging device is capable of simplifying the pixel structure to reduce the pixel size and capable of suppressing the variation in the characteristics between the pixels when a plurality of output systems is provided. A unit cell (30) includes two pixels (31) and (32). Upper and lower photoelectric converters (33) and (34), transfer transistors (35) and (36) connected to the upper and lower photoelectric converters, respectively, a reset transistor (37), and an amplifying transistor (38) form the two pixels (31) and (32). A full-face signal line 39 is connected to the respective drains of the reset transistor (37) and the amplifying transistor (38). Controlling the full-face signal line (39), along with transfer signal lines (42) and (43) and a reset signal line (41), to read out signals realizes the simplification of the wiring in the pixel, the reduction of the pixel size, and so on.
Abstract:
A process in which a base metal film is formed on the surface of a plastic film using a dry plating process, and a liquid containing an organic monomer is then brought in contact with the base metal film, thereby selectively forming a conductive organic polymer coating within any pinhole defects, and effectively filling the defects. A metal film is then formed on top of the base metal film using an electroplating process, thus forming a metal wet plating layer.
Abstract:
A plurality of switch connectors are arranged in each of a plurality of memory slots. Each of the plurality of switch connectors includes a first-type connector pin and a second-type connector pin. The first-type connector pin is coupled to one of a plurality of signal lines of a memory bus. The second-type connector pin is coupled to impedance matching circuits included in an load circuit. In each of the memory slots in which the memory module is not inserted, a pair of the first-type connector pin and the second-type connector pin provide flexible electric contact. In each of the memory slots in which the memory module is inserted, the first-type connector pin and the second-type connector pin are physically separated and insulated from each other. The first-type connector pin provides electric contact with module pins of the memory module.

Another substrate of the present invention includes a part of circuit which is provided on the surface of said substrate; and a surface layers which are kept to the ground potential and cover the surface of said substrate except said part of circuit and its peripheral.
Abstract:
An amino acid composition comprising the following amino acids at the following molar ratio: proline (12.6 to 23.4), alanine (8.4 to 15.6), glycine (13.3 to 24.9), valine (8.2 to 15.4), threonine (5.0 to 9.4), eucine (4.3 to 8.1), histidine (1.8 to 11.9), serine (1.7 to 3.3), lysine (6.0 to 11.2), isoleucine (3.1 to 5.9), glutamic acid (2.2 to 10.4), arginine (2.4 to 4.6), phenylalanine (2.6 to 5.0), tyrosine (4.2 to 7.8) and trypsin (1.5 to 2.9). The composition supplements blood amino acids reduced during hard exercise and shows effects to improve motor function, to reduce fatigue after exercise and to help recovery from the fatigue.
Abstract:
After applying a metal film on a surface of a substrate, the metal film is patterned in such a manner that the surface of the substrate is exposed in a pattern that corresponds to the pattern of the required indented portion. Then, the substrate is immersed in an etchant which etches the substrate selectively to form the indented portion in the surface of the substrate using the metal film as a mask. The method makes it possible to define the depth and the pattern of an indented portion where a magnetic transducer is provided with a high degree of accuracy, to prevent a reduction in pattern accuracy due to re-adhering and to advance industrial productivity.
