摘要: The present invention relates to novel regulatory T cell proteins. One protein, designated PD-L3, resembles members of the PD-L1 family, and co-stimulates αCD3 proliferation of T cells in vitro. A second, TNF-like, protein has also been identified as being upregulated upon αCD3/αGITR stimulation. This protein has been designated Treg-sTNF. Proteins, antibodies, activated T cells and methods for using the same are disclosed. In particular methods of using these proteins and compounds, preferably antibodies, which bind or modulate (agonize or antagonize) the activity of these proteins, as immune modulators and for the treatment of cancer, autoimmune disease, allergy, infection and inflammatory conditions, e.g. multiple sclerosis is disclosed.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method and system for tallying tags in a radio frequency identification system. The method comprises: upon receiving a tallying command sent by the reader, the tags reflecting a first response message used for decoding and checking (S402); upon receiving the first response message, the reader sending a decoded random number (RN) if it decodes the first response message correctly; upon receiving the decoded RN, the tags reflecting a second response message containing tag ID information after confirming that the RN is consistent with their own RN (S405); and upon receiving the second response message, the reader confirming that the tallying is completed if the tag ID information contained in the second response message is correct (S407).

摘要: One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for fabricating a high-power light-emitting diode (LED). The method includes etching grooves on a growth substrate, thereby forming mesas on the growth substrate. The method further includes fabricating indium gallium aluminum nitride (InGaAlN)-based LED multilayer structures on the mesas on the growth substrate, wherein a respective mesa supports a separate LED structure. In addition, the method includes bonding the multilayer structures to a conductive substrate. The method also includes removing the growth substrate. Furthermore, the method includes depositing a passivation layer and an electrode layer above the InGaAlN multilayer structures, wherein the passivation layer covers the sidewalls and bottom of the grooves. Moreover, the method includes creating conductive paths which couple a predetermined number of adjacent individual LEDs, thereby allowing the LEDs to share a common power supply and be powered simultaneously to form a high-power LED array.
