    摘要: The objective of the present application is to suppress the occurrence of flares and to reduce the amount of secondary electrons arising at an aperture provided to the lead-out electrode of an electron gun. By coating a thin film having a low rate of secondary electron emission such as carbon onto the aperture of a lead-out electrode closest to an electron source in an electron gun, it is possible to reduce the amount of secondary electrons arising. Secondary electrons arising at the lead-out electrode, are reduced, and so as a result, flare is reduced. By incorporating two apertures to the lead-out electrode, and applying to the two apertures a potential that is equipotential to the lead-out electrode, it is possible to eliminate an electric field from seeping from under to over the lead-out electrode. Secondary electrons arising when an electron beam impacts the lead-out electrode cease to incur force in the direction of passage from the lead-out electrode, and consequently there is a reduction in flares.

    摘要: A game device is provided. The game device includes a pass target selector, an operated target switcher, a first player controller, and a second player controller. The pass target selector selects a player character to be a pass target in a case where a first player character is in possession of a moving object. The switcher switches the user operated target from the first player character to a second player character. The first player controller moves the first player character and the moving object after switching, based on a position of an opponent player character, determines whether positions of the first player character or the moving object and the second character satisfy a condition, and causes, if the condition is satisfied, the first player character to make a pass to the second player character. The second player controller moves the second player character after switching.

    摘要: A method of fabricating semiconductor interconnections is provided which can form a Ti-rich layer as a barrier layer and which can embed pure Cu material as interconnection material into every corner of grooves provided in an insulating film even when the grooves have a narrow minimum width and are deep. The method may include the steps of forming one or more grooves in an insulating film on a semiconductor substrate, the recess having a minimum width of 0.15 μm or less and a ratio of a depth of the groove to the minimum width thereof (depth/minimum width) of 1 or more, forming a Cu alloy thin film containing 0.5 to 10 atomic % of Ti in the groove of the insulated film along a shape of the groove in a thickness of 10 to 50 nm, forming a pure Cu thin film in the groove with the Cu alloy thin film attached thereto, and annealing the substrate with the films at 350° C. or more to allow the Ti to be precipitated between the insulating film and the Cu alloy thin film.
