摘要: The impact shock absorbing structure has a protector including a front underrun protector attached to the body frame of the vehicle by means of brackets, the structure being strong enough against the impact shock and flexible to lessen the impact shock in order to be capable of preventing the occurrence of breakage due to the impact shock. The structure is provided with a protector(12) at the front or rear end of the body frame(100) of the vehicle for receiving the impact shock when the vehicle collided with an opponent car(200), wherein the bracket(1) has a body frame attaching part(3) for attaching to the body frame(100); a protector attaching part(4) for attaching to the protector(12); and a connecting plate part(5) for connecting the body frame attaching part(3) and protector attaching part(4), the connecting plate part(5) extending in the vertical and longitudinal direction of the vehicle; and wherein the connecting plate part(5) has a cut-out part(2) opening frontward or rearward of vehicle, and the protector attaching part(4) is located in the position lower than the cut-out part(2).

摘要: A method of forming an insulating film which includes the steps of: dissolving in a solvent a first and second polymer which each comprise methylpolysiloxane as the main component and one of which has a weight average molecular weight at least 10 times that of the other to thereby prepare a chemical solution; applying the chemical solution to a semiconductor substrate to form a coating film; and heat-treating the coating film to thereby form an organosilicon oxide film. The weight-average molecular weight of the first polymer is preferably at least 100 times that of the second polymer. Thus, an insulating organosilicon oxide film having a low dielectric constant and high cracking resistance is formed from a coating fluid.

摘要: An electric connector including a housing (14) and a rear holder (13). The rear holder (13) retains connecting terminals (12) therein and is fitted into the housing (14) from the rear of the housing. The rear holder (13) includes a front retaining portion (36a, 36b) for restricting forward movement of the connecting terminals (12), and a rear retaining portion (37) for restricting backward movement of the connecting terminals (12). The housing (14) has an inclined guide surface (34b, 43c) for receiving and guiding a respective connecting terminal (12) at an inclined angle into the housing. The structure of the housing (14) and rear holder (13) is adapted so that the connecting terminals (12) are retained within a terminal connecting portion (21) in a provisionally engaged position by inserting a connecting terminal (12) into the housing (14) at an inclined by abutting the inclined guide surface (34b, 43c) and then moving the connecting terminals (12) into a fixed completely engaged horizontal position by pushing the rear holder (13).

The second semiconductor layer is stacked on the protrusion of the first semiconductor layer and includes a light emitting layer. The second electrode is provided on a surface of the second semiconductor layer on an opposite side to the first semiconductor layer.
