    摘要: The silicon wires formed around metal particles by crystal growth have the problem of metal pollution. For its solution, in the present invention, a silicon bridge is formed through standard silicon processes such as the lithography and the wet etching using hydrofluoric acid performed to an SOI substrate. Thereafter, a thermal oxide film is desirably formed at a high temperature to form a high-quality gate insulating film. It is also desirable to form a coaxial gate electrode. Then, after burying the bridge sections of the silicon bridge in a resist film, the silicon on the bridge girders is removed, and thereafter, the silicon wires buried in the resist film are collected. In this manner, the silicon wires can be collected without dispersing into the hydrofluoric acid solution. Then, a transistor using the silicon wires as a channel is formed.

On the other hand, a 1-layer data processing section 3 prepares transmission data in the normal 1-layer data format from the image information. A color determination section 4 determines whether the input image information is a color or monochrome image. If the image information is determined a color image, a selection section 6 selects the transmission data in the multilayer data format; if the image information is determined a monochrome image, the selection section 6 selects the transmission data in the 1-layer data format. Then, it transmits the selected transmission data through a transmission section 7.

    摘要: A cam mechanism is provided in a DUT board mounting portion of a test head which includes a cam shaft having a guide pin connected to an actuator and a driven ring having a sloped groove along which the guide pin is guided, and a second guide pin provided on an outer cylindrical surface of the driven ring which is guided along a substantially L-shaped cam groove formed in a cylindrical opening of the DUT board mounting portion of the test head. When the second guide pin is located on a horizontal portion of the L-shaped cam groove, the driven ring is inhibited from moving downwardly but is rotated together with the cam shaft so that an engaging member of the driven ring is caused to engage with the DUT board. When the second guide pin reaches a vertical portion, only the cam shaft is rotated, and the driven ring moves downwardly along the vertical portion of the L-shaped groove to urge the DUT board assembly against contact probes on the test head assembly.
