摘要: The purpose of this invention is to provide a printer apparatus capable of receiving concurrent input print data from plural input ports without increasing receiving buffer memory and image creator. A controller determines whether an image creator is used by other jobs when starting receiving print data through any one of the plural input ports. When not used, print data related to the current job is stored in a receiving buffer memory and at the same time create print data stored in the buffer memory via the image creator. On the other hand, when other jobs use the image creator, the print data related to the current job is stored in a hard disk unit and then is created the print data stored in the hard disk unit when the image creating device becomes available.

摘要: The present invention relates to a diffraction grating device in which a diffraction grating based on perturbation of refractive index is formed through a predetermined range in a light guide direction in an optical waveguide and in which the diffraction grating selectively reflects light in a reflection band out of light guided through the optical waveguide. In the diffraction grating device, where a first band is defined as a band with a maximum bandwidth out of continuous wavelength bands for which the transmittance is not more than T0 and where a second band is defined as a wavelength band between a maximum wavelength and a minimum wavelength out of wavelengths for which the reflectance is R0, T0 is not more than −20 dB and R0 is not more than −20 dB. A ratio (B1/B2) of a width B1, of the first band to a width B2 of the second band is not less than 0.3. A maximum group delay difference caused by reflection of the light in the first band by the diffraction grating is not more than a predetermined limit, 0.011×exp(7.86×B1/B2−0.045×R0)/B1.

摘要: An ON/OFF control signal 105 directive of turning ON in a transmissive display mode or turning OFF in a reflective display mode is output by an ON/OFF state controlling means 111 to a light source 115. The ON/OFF control signal 105 is also output to a data signal converting means 104, and the data signal converting means 104 converts a data signal 102 into a data signal 103 in synchronization with the switching of ON and OFF of the light source 115 so as to prevent positive-negative inversion of the display on a liquid crystal panel 114. A data signal potential supplying means 112 supplies a potential of a data signal based on the data signal 103 to a data signal line 113 so as to drive the liquid crystal panel 114.
