Abstract: A flexure chain blank sheet includes a plurality of frame units. Each of the frame units includes a frame portion, and a plurality of flexure elements arranged within the frame portion. The frame portion includes lengthwise frames extending in a longitudinal direction of the flexure elements, and lateral frames extending in a width direction of the flexure elements. A slit that extends along the lateral frames, a connection portion, and recesses are formed between adjacent frame units. An opening width of the recesses is greater than an opening width of the slit. The connection portion includes a portion-to-be-cut which is to be cut by a cutter. The recesses allow insertion of the cutter.

Abstract: A seat reclining apparatus includes: first and second reclining lock mechanisms that operate in a locked state and an unlocked state, where the locked state prevents a seat back from tilting and the unlocked state allows the tilting; a first rotation member that rotates toward an unlocking direction integrally with the shaft body to change the first reclining lock mechanism from the locked state to the unlocked state; and a second rotation member that is operated to rotate by an operation member toward the unlocking direction to change the second reclining lock mechanism from the locked state to the unlocked state via a cable. When the operation member is operated, the second rotation member rotates from the locking position toward the unlocking direction by a predetermined amount, subsequently transmits a rotation force to the first rotation member toward the unlocking direction via an interlocking portion.

Abstract: Bonding the bush to the stabilizer bar, by surface pressure in the bonding surface (inner circumferential surface) of the hole-part of the bush being made uniform, bonding strength is obtained. The first arc part is formed at the opposite side of the opening of the U-shaped part of the bracket in the bonding and second arc part is formed in the opening side, in the hole-part of the bush. The first and second arc parts are circular arc parts being formed in circular arc shape or approximately circular arc shape or are ellipse arc part being formed in the ellipse arc shape or approximately ellipse arc shape. In the hole-part, the center of the first and second arc parts are separated. The curvature radius of the second arc part gets smaller than the curvature radius of the first arc part. The hole-part is formed in an oval shape.

Abstract: An engine control apparatus includes an apparatus body, and a control lever. The apparatus body includes a housing, an axis unit including a drive gear, a driven gear, and an angle sensor. A plurality of fixing portions are provided on the housing. A through-hole is formed in the fixing portion. The through-hole is communicated with a first side wall and a second side wall of the housing. The housing is fixed to a port-side mounting surface or a starboard-side mounting surface by a screw member inserted into the through-hole. When the control lever is operated, the drive gear and the driven gear are rotated in accordance with an angle of operation. A rotational angle of the driven gear is detected by an angle sensor.

Abstract: A titanium alloy member with high strength and high proof stress not only in the surface but also inside, using a general and inexpensive α-β type titanium alloy, and a production method therefor, are provided. The production method includes preparing a raw material made of titanium alloy, nitriding the raw material to form a nitrogen-containing raw material by generating a nitrogen compound layer and/or a nitrogen solid solution layer in a surface layer of the raw material, mixing the raw material and the nitrogen-containing raw material to yield a nitrogen-containing mixed material, sintering the nitrogen-containing mixed material to obtain a sintered titanium alloy member by bonding the material together and uniformly diffusing nitrogen in solid solution from the nitrogen-containing raw material to the entire interior portion of the sintered titanium alloy member, and hot plastic forming the sintered titanium alloy member.
