摘要: A high pressure pump including a linear actuator comprising a servo motor to axially rotate a hollow rotor shaft in alternating directions, the servo motor having a stator positioned co-axially around the hollow rotor shaft with an interior of the rotor shaft being co-axially coupled to a drive member to convert axial rotation into reciprocal displacement, the drive member being constrained against linear movement and supporting a shaft. At least one piston is coupled to the shaft and the piston is arranged within a cylinder to define a pumping chamber, whereby alternating rotation of the rotor shaft causes reciprocal linear displacement of the piston to pressurize fluid in the pumping chamber. A drive mechanism includes a controller coupled to a servomotor and an encoder to measure movement of the hollow rotor or output shaft and send a feedback signal proportional to the movement to the controller.

The cutter assembly has a row of plastic teeth where each tooth includes left and right front and rear faces, each face being disposed on a different plane, and where the planes intersect each other at the tip of the tooth. A front edge extends between the left and right front faces; a rear edge extends between the left and right rear faces; a left side edge extends between the right front and rear faces; and a right side edge extends between the left front face and the right rear face. The various edges are set at particular angles relative to each other. A protrusion for supporting the tape is provided rearwardly of the teeth and a braking mechanism is also provided on the dispenser.

摘要: An abrasive water-jet machining device includes an abrasive nozzle assembly (11) that jets ultrahigh-pressure water mixed with an abrasive during a cutting process for cutting a workpiece (W) into a desired shape, a catcher cup (12) that collects the ultrahigh-pressure water jetted from the abrasive nozzle assembly (11), and a distance adjusting mechanism (13) that adjusts the distance between the abrasive nozzle assembly (11) and the catcher cup (12) so as to maintain a constant distance between the catcher cup (12) and the workpiece (W). The device increases the collection rate of the abrasive fluid when cutting a workpiece whose plate thickness changes in a longitudinal direction (vertical direction) and/or a width direction (horizontal direction).

摘要: The invention described herein generally pertains to a system and method related to generating a lead in profile that defines acceleration before a cutting velocity is achieved to perform a cutting operation and a lead out profile that defines deceleration after the cutting operation is performed. The lead in profile defines acceleration from approximately zero (0) to the cutting velocity within a duration of time in order to perform the cutting operation, wherein the lead in profile is calculated based on the cutting velocity or a type of material of the workpiece, a start location for the cutting operation, and a thickness of the workpiece. The lead out profile defines deceleration from the cutting operation to approximately zero (0) within a duration of time, wherein the lead out profile is calculated based on the cutting velocity or a type of material of the workpiece, an end location for the cutting operation, and a thickness of the workpiece.
