摘要： A decoding method and device are provided. The spectrum parameter of a current bad data frame is determined. Specifically, a number of continuous bad frames that occur currently is determined. A spectrum parameter of a good data frame before the current bad data frame is determined. And a constant mean value of a spectrum parameter is determined. Then, the spectrum parameter of the good data frame is adaptively shifted towards the constant mean value of the spectrum parameter according to the number of the continuous bad data frames to calculate and obtain spectrum parameter information of the current bad frame. When the continuous bad data frames occur, the relevance between the spectrum parameter of the nearest good frame and the spectrum parameter of the current bad frame is gradually reduced, so that more accurate spectrum parameter of the current bad data frame can be obtained, thereby obtaining a better speech quality under a same code rate and a same frame error rate.

摘要： A semiconductor wafer contains a substrate having a plurality of active devices formed thereon. An analog circuit is formed on the substrate. The analog circuit can be an inductor, metal-insulator-metal capacitor, or resistor. The inductor is made with copper. A through substrate via (TSV) is formed in the substrate. A conductive material is deposited in the TSV in electrical contact with the analog circuit. An under bump metallization layer is formed on a backside of the substrate in electrical contact with the TSV. A solder material is deposited on the UBM layer. The solder material is reflowed to form a solder bump. A wire bond is formed on a top surface of the substrate. A redistribution layer is formed between the TSV and UBM. The analog circuit electrically connects through the TSV to the solder bump on the back side of the substrate.

摘要： Techniques and technologies for tracking a face with a plurality of cameras wherein a geometry between the cameras is initially unknown. One disclosed method includes detecting a head with two of the cameras and registering a head model with the image of the head (as detected by one of the cameras). The method also includes back projecting the other detected face image to the head model and determining a head pose from the back-projected head image. Furthermore, the determined geometry is used to track the face with at least one of the cameras.

摘要： A novel actuator latch includes a catch portion interfering with actuator rotation with the latch in a closed position. The latch includes a first stop portion that is in contact with a fixed member with the latch in the closed position. The latch includes a pusher portion that is in contact with the actuator with the latch in the closed position and with the actuator in an extreme rotational position. The pusher portion has a torsional stiffness about the latch pivot location in the range 5 JA/rad·sec2 to 30 JA/rad·sec2, where JA is the rotational inertia of the actuator about the actuator pivot location expressed in units of kg·m2. The first stop portion has a torsional stiffness about the latch pivot location that is at least 5 times that of the pusher portion.
