摘要: The present disclosure relates to a blood collection device, including: a shell; a blade seat, arranged in the shell; an elastic component for providing an elastic force for pivoting the blade seat; a triggering portion, including an operating end and an abutting end, wherein the triggering portion has a first position and a second position for pivoting, the operating end extends to the outside of the shell, the abutting end is located in the shell, based on the operation of the operating end, the triggering portion is suitable for pivoting from the first position that prevents the blade seat from pivoting to the second position that allows the blade seat to pivot based on the elastic force of the elastic component, wherein: a cooperation column is arranged in the shell and is located at the upper side of the triggering portion spaced from the triggering portion; and an elastic arm is connected to the upper side of the triggering portion, the end part of the elastic arm includes a blocking portion, the end part of the elastic arm is suitable for being located on one side of the cooperation column when the triggering portion is at the first position, and is located on the other side of the cooperation column when the triggering portion pivots from the first position to the second position, and the blocking portion provides resistance for the end part of the elastic arm while moving from one side of the cooperation column to the other side.

A spring (171) is connected to the cartridge (161) to return the lancet (151) to the first position after the site is lanced.

摘要: A biological fluid separation device that is adapted to receive a multi-component blood sample is disclosed. After collecting the blood sample, the biological fluid separation device is able to separate a plasma portion from a cellular portion. After separation, the biological fluid separation device is able to transfer the plasma portion of the blood sample to a point-of-care testing device. The biological fluid separation device of the present disclosure also provides a closed separation and transfer system that reduces the exposure of a blood sample and provides fast mixing of a blood sample with a sample stabilizer. The biological fluid separation device is engageable with a blood testing device for closed transfer of a portion of the plasma portion from the biological fluid separation device to the blood testing device. The blood testing device is adapted to receive the plasma portion to analyze the blood sample and obtain test results.

摘要: The present invention generally relates to devices and techniques associated with diagnostics, therapies, and other applications, including skin-associated applications, for example, devices for delivering and/or withdrawing fluid from subjects, e.g., through the skin. In some embodiments, the device includes a system for accessing an extractable medium from and/or through the skin of the subject at an access site, and a pressure regulator supported by a support structure, able to create a pressure differential across the skin at at least a portion of the access site. The device may also include, in some cases, a sensor supported by the support structure for determining at least one condition of the extractable medium from the subject, and optionally a signal generator supported by the support structure for generating a signal relating to the condition of the medium determined by the sensor.

摘要: A biological fluid collection device that is adapted to receive a multi-component blood sample having a cellular portion and a plasma portion is disclosed. After collecting the blood sample, the biological fluid collection device is able to separate the plasma portion from the cellular portion. After separation, the biological fluid collection device is able to transfer the plasma portion of the blood sample to a point-of-care testing device. The biological fluid collection device also provides a closed sampling and transfer system that reduces the exposure of a blood sample and provides fast mixing of a blood sample with an anticoagulant. The biological fluid collection device is engageable with a testing device for closed transfer of a portion of the plasma portion from the biological fluid collection device to the testing device. The testing device is adapted to receive the plasma portion to analyze the blood sample and obtain test results.

摘要: The medical puncturing device includes a housing, a shield, and a skin puncturing assembly disposed within the housing. The shield is axially movable in the housing. The skin puncturing assembly includes a movable carrier and a skin puncturing element mounted to the carrier. A distal end of the skin puncturing element is adapted for puncturing the skin of a patient. The carrier is movable from a retracted position wherein the skin puncturing element is disposed within the shield to a puncturing position wherein the distal end of the skin puncturing element is exposed. The carrier is maintained in the retracted position by engagement of flexure members or a retaining tab with the carrier. A drive spring is provided to move the carrier from the retracted position to the puncturing position. A retraction spring is provided to return the carrier and skin puncturing element into the housing.
