Abstract:
A hearing aid component holder is provided with a cavity comprising a base. A battery may be inserted into the cavity so that the battery is fixed laterally in the main extension plane of the hearing aid component holder through the walls of the cavity and in the insertion direction through the base. A battery contact is arranged in the cavity on the base.
Abstract:
An endoscopic imaging includes an image sensor having a polygonal outline; a lens for focusing an image onto the image sensor; a lens support member abutting on the image sensor, and supporting the lens; and an abutting portion formed while extending from a lower edge portion of the lens support member, the abutting portion abutting on at least two sides of an outline of the image sensor to position the lens support member so that the lens is positioned at a predetermined position of the image sensor.
Abstract:
The production of hearing apparatuses and in particular of hearing devices is to be simplified. To this end, a battery contact module with an electrical contact facility and a plastic frame is proposed, to/in which the contact facility is fastened. In this way, the battery contact module is designed as a SMD component and the contact facility has corresponding connections for a surface mounting on a printed circuit board. An amplifier printed circuit board can herewith be advantageously automatically equipped with the battery contact module and soldered.
Abstract:
A casing of an electronic key communicating apparatus is formed by sealing with epoxy resin a printed circuit board, a front surface of which a circuit component and end portions of each terminal are mounted on. A rear surface of the circuit board is used as a part of an outer surface of the casing. The circuit board includes a recess line portion to surround a button battery. The terminals are mounted on the printed circuit to cross the recess line portion. This structure allows a slide type mold to be used, decreasing the thickness of the casing and enhancing productivity.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for detecting a change in an electrical property between contacts. A one-time operating state detection device includes a member coupling a pair of contacts and a detector for detecting a change in the coupling between the pair of contacts when the member is removed.
Abstract:
Battery mounting and testing apparatuses and methods of forming the same are described. In one implementation, a substrate includes a surface area over which a battery terminal housing member is to entirely cover. A conductive first test contact is disposed on the substrate surface and extends from within the surface area to outside of the surface area. A conductive second test contact is disposed on the substrate surface and extends from within the surface area to outside the surface area. The second test contact is spaced from the first test contact and is preferably electrically isolated therefrom on the substrate. In one aspect, an electronic device is provided by mounting a battery with the first and second test contacts. In circuit testing is performed after the battery is mounted utilizing the portions of the first and second test contacts which extend outside of the surface area for probe testing.
Abstract:
An electronic business card includes a printed circuit board, having a desired length and width, as well as front and rear major surfaces, functions as the substrate of the business card. Electrical components, a switch, and a direct-current source, such as a battery or voltage cell, are mounted to the printed circuit board. The electrical components, the direct current source and conductive elements of the printed circuit board cooperate to provide a desired circuit functionality powered by the direct-current source. The switch permits power supplied by the direct-current source to be selectively disconnected from the electrical components. For one embodiment of the invention, the direct-current source is a laminar, surface mounted battery that is attached to the rear major surface. The electrical components may include light emitting diodes, as well as flasher, audio and video componentry.
Abstract:
A LED-circuit board affixing arrangement includes a circuit board and a LED affixed thereon. The circuit board has a first side, an opposed second side having a circuitry provide thereon, and a positioning hole formed on the circuit board. The LED includes an illuminating body having a head portion and a tail portion, and two legs extended therefrom to electrically connect to the circuitry, wherein the illuminating body is inserted into the positioning hole to hold the illuminating body on the board body at a position that the head portion is protruded from the first side of the circuit board and the tail portion is protruded from the second side of the circuit board. Therefore, the illuminating body of the LED is capable for producing lights throughout the head and tail portions thereof to provide a consequent light effect at the first and second sides of the circuit board.
Abstract:
One embodiment disclosed relates to a printed circuit board (PCB) with built-in circuitry to test connector loading. The PCB includes at least the connector to be tested, an indicator circuit, and a switch. The connector is configured to interconnect to a card. The switch couples the connector to the indicator circuit, and integrity of the interconnection between the card and the connector is indicated by the indicator circuit.
Abstract:
A printed wiring board includes a substrate (20) on which a wiring pattern (12) has been formed, and a fuse (6) provided on the substrate (20). One end of the fuse (6) is directly connected to a first pad (12a) of the wiring pattern (12), and the other end of the fuse (6) is directly connected to a second pad (12b) of the wiring pattern (12). The fuse (6) is covered by a protective material (7).
