    摘要: A fluorocopolymer which comprises (A) polymerized units based on tetrafluoroethylene, (B) polymerized units based on ethylene and (C) polymerized units based on a compound represented by CH2═CX(CF2)2Y (wherein each of X and Y which are independent of each other, is a hydrogen atom or a fluorine atom), wherein the molar ratio of (A)/(B) is from 20/80 to 80/20, and the molar ratio of (C)/((A)+(B)) is from 1/1000 to 15/100, and which has a volume flow rate of from 1 to 1000 mm3/sec. The fluorocopolymer has a low fuel permeability coefficient and is excellent in the fuel barrier properties.

    摘要: The present invention provides an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer composition having a high melt flowability while maintaining satisfactory mechanical properties in the obtainable molded product are maintained. The ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer composition (C) has a melt viscosity of from 80 to 500 Pa·s, preferably from 100 to 300 Pa·s and a tensile elongation of from 200 to 500%, preferably from 350 to 450%. The copolymer composition (C) is may be obtained by melt kneading an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (A) having a low melt viscosity of from 60 to 400 Pa·s, preferably from 80 to 300 Pa·s and an ethylene/tetrafluoroethylene copolymer (B) having a melt viscosity higher than this i.e. from 600 to 10,000 Pa·s, preferably from 1,000 to 7,000 Pa·s in a mass ratio of (A)/(B)=50/50 to 99/1, preferably (A)/(B)=60/40 to 97/3.

    摘要: A perfluoroelastomer composition comprises a perfluoroelastomer (e.g., tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro(methyl vinyl ether) copolymer), an organic peroxide (e.g., 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane and a scorch retarder (e.g., o-phenylphenol), and the perfluoroelastomer composition is excellent in processability and unlikely to scorch. Furthermore, a perfluoro rubber molded article obtained by thermal crosslinking of the perfluoroelastomer composition is excellent in rubber physical properties such as tensile strength and elongation at break and in a compression set property.

    摘要: A simple and efficient method for regenerating a basic anion-exchange resin, whereby at the time of removing a fluorinated emulsifier from a basic anion-exchange resin having the fluorinated emulsifier adsorbed thereon, it is unnecessary to provide a safety device/recovery technique necessary for handling an organic solvent by the use of a combustible organic solvent represented by an alcohol, and a burden imposed by e.g. treatment against COD load, is eliminated.A basic anion-exchange resin having a fluorinated emulsifier adsorbed thereon is contacted with an aqueous alkaline solution having a temperature of from 60 to 105° C. to elute the fluorinated emulsifier thereby to regenerate the basic anion-exchange resin.
