A first node receives first information, the first information being used for indicating a first time-unit format; determines second information; and determines a first resource pool; herein, a first time window comprises Q first-type time-domain-resource blocks, the Q being a positive integer greater than 1; a first symbol is one of the positive integer number of multicarrier symbol(s) comprised in any of the Q first-type time-domain-resource blocks; the first time-unit format is used for indicating whether the first symbol is a first-type symbol; the second information is used for indicating a positive integer number of first-type time-domain-resource block(s) out of a first time-domain-resource-block subset. A flexible slot format has been taken into account in the process of V2X resource pool configuration in the present disclosure, thus ensuring that the resource pool can effectively meet traffic requirements.

    Abstract: Hydroxy acid compound of substituted phenyl ester, preparation method and medical use thereof are provided. The title compound is shown in formula (I), Y═C1-4 straight carbon chain. The compound can release 2,6-diisopropylphenol rapidly under the action of enzymes in vivo, which has sedative, hypnotic and/or anesthetic effect.     Abstract: According to embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing, for a dual-antenna UE or quadri-antenna UE, downlink control information used for uplink transmission in a management device of LTE-A network, and the method for the former comprises the steps of: determining an uplink transmission scheme for the dual-antenna UE; semi-statically configuring, by high level signaling, the uplink transmission mode to which the uplink transmission scheme belongs; generating downlink control information corresponding to the determined uplink transmission scheme, the downlink control information comprising a first indicating field, a second indicating field, a new-data indicating field for a first transmission block and a new-data indicating field for a second transmission block; wherein, when transmission block is disabled for the determined up-link transmission scheme, disablement of at least one of two transmission blocks is represented by a first combination of the value of the first indicating field and the second indicating field; and the disablement of the two transmission blocks is represented by a combination formed by the new-data indicating field for the first transmission block and the new-data indicating field for the second transmission block; transmitting the generated downlink control information to the dual-antenna UE.

    Abstract: A user account recovery method is described. The method includes storing an account recovery token at both an identity management system (IDM) and a service provider. In response to an indication that a user cannot access an account, a request for the account recovery token is sent by the relevant service provider to the IDM. On confirming the identity of the user, the IDM retrieves the account recovery token and returns the token to the service provider. The service provider compares the token received from the IDM with one or more locally stored tokens to initiate an account recovery process (which process may, for example, include prompting the user to provide a new password for the account).

    Abstract: A first photoresist layer is patterned with a first pattern that includes an opening in a region between areas of two adjacent via holes to be formed. The opening in the first photoresist is transferred into a template layer to form a line trench therein. The lateral dimension of the trench is reduced by depositing a contiguous spacer layer that does not fill the trench completely. An etch-resistant material layer is conformally deposited and fills the trench, and is subsequently recessed to form an etch-resistant material portion filling the trench. A second photoresist layer is applied and patterned with a second pattern, which includes an opening that includes areas of two via holes and an area therebetween. A composite pattern of an intersection of the second pattern and the complement of the pattern of the etch-resistant material portion is transferred through the template layer.

    Abstract: A semiconductor circuit and method of fabrication is disclosed. In one embodiment, the semiconductor circuit comprises a metal-insulator-metal trench capacitor in a silicon substrate. A field effect transistor is disposed on the silicon substrate adjacent to the metal-insulator-metal trench capacitor, and a silicide region is disposed between the field effect transistor and the metal-insulator-metal trench capacitor.
