When a communication request using the identifier-for-disclosure is sent from the recipient terminal, a restoring unit of a relay system extracts the communication condition information from the identifier-for-disclosure. Only when communication conditions included in the communication condition information are satisfied, communication between the recipient terminal and the sender terminal is established.

An objective of the present invention is to overcome a problem that there is an inverse relationship between the decellularization rate and the strength of tissue. This problem was solved by immersing tissue in a solution containing a non-micellar amphipathic molecule (e.g., a 1,2-epoxide polymer). Thus, the present invention provides decellularized tissue, in which the cell survival rate of the tissue is less than a level at which calcification or an immune reaction is elicited in an organism and the tissue damage rate of the tissue is suppressed to a level which permits clinical applications. Tissue prepared by the above-described treatment preferably retains a certain level of tissue strength. Further, the tissue of the present invention has an effect of performing cell replacement.

In a driving circuit for generating driving signals for controlling and switching on and off a first output element employed in an output circuit for generating a high-level output signal and a second output element employed in the output circuit for generating a low-level output signal in a mutually complementary manner, the conductance of the driving circuit is controlled so that it increases gradually with the lapse of time. By sequentially controlling the conductance of the driving circuit for generating the driving signals, the rates of change of the driving signals can be controlled in a smooth and stable manner and output currents can thus be changed smoothly to result in high-speed operation of an output signal with a reduced amount of noise.

A smart meter has: a data processor receiving a measurement signal according to a use amount, computing meter read data, and performing communication control by a communication unit coupled to a network; and a secure processor having tamper resistance for internally held information and performing secure authenticating process for a remote access. The data processor encrypts computed meter read data with a public key unique to the smart meter and supplies the encrypted data to the secure processor. The secure processor decrypts the encrypted meter read data with the secret key unique to the smart meter and stores the decrypted or encrypted meter read data into a nonvolatile storage region.
