    Abstract: A method of fabricating an electronic apparatus having an active region and a peripheral region surrounding the active region is described. A first main device and a second main device are provided. An optical clear liquid adhesive (OCLA) is applied between the first main device and the second main device and within the active region. A photo-mask having a transparent region and an opaque region is provided above the second main device, and the transparent region corresponds to the peripheral region. An OCLA diffusion process is performed such that the OCLA diffuses from the active region to the peripheral region. During the OCLA diffusion process, a first irradiating process with the photo-mask is performed, such that the OCLA diffusing to the peripheral region is partially cured. After removing the photo-mask, a second irradiating process is performed, such that the OCLA is completely cured.

    Abstract: The invention provides a conductive powder composite including a bamboo charcoal powder pre-processed with a pulverizing procedure and a refining procedure of 900 to 1500° C. and a conductive carbon black powder, wherein the bamboo charcoal powder and the conductive carbon black powder are blended by a high speed mechanical granulating machine to form the conductive powder composite. The conductive powder composite can simultaneously and effectively improve the poor conductivity of the bamboo charcoal powder and the embrittlement characteristic of the conductive carbon black powder in the conventional technology. The invention also provides a conductive masterbatch and a fabrication method thereof, and a multifunctional antistatic non-woven fabric and a fabrication method thereof.

    Abstract: A modular gear train mechanism with an internal motor includes a hollow casing with an opening, a flywheel, a motor, a fixing gear, a rotating gear and a top cap sealing the opening. The flywheel is mounted between the interior of the top cap and the interior of the casing. A first and a second planet gears are mounted on the exterior of the flywheel pivotally. The motor received in the flywheel has a rotor shaft on which the flywheel is mounted pivotally. The fixing gear is fixed in the flywheel and engages with the first planet gear. The rotating gear is connected to an inner wall of the top cap and engages with the second planet gear. When the rotor shaft turns, the rotating gear is driven to turn and drive the top cap to turn synchronously. Accordingly, the present invention has a reduced volume and is easily used.

    Abstract: An active mixer with self-adaptive bias feedback is described and resolves a poor linearity, inconvenient design of a bias circuit, and other defects of a conventional mixer. The dual self-feedback bias structure according to this invention is used. The active mixer with self-adaptive bias feedback has a power supply, an RF input match/drive unit, a local oscillator input match/drive unit, a mixer core unit, a self-adaptive twin bias circuit and an IF output match/buffer unit. This invention improves the linearity of a conventional mixer and does not affect other characteristics. There are fewer components in this invention; an area of the mixer is thus smaller. Further, this invention may improve temperature response, increase yield factor, and lower unit cost. The dual self-feedback bias structure is designed for further application to other semiconductor manufacturing processes, components, and microwave products.
