摘要: Method and apparatus for outputting data from a memory array having a plurality of non-volatile memory cells arranged into rows and columns. In accordance with various embodiments, charge is stored in a volatile memory cell connected to the memory array, and the stored charge is subsequently discharged from the volatile memory cell through a selected column. In some embodiments, the volatile memory cell is a dynamic random access memory (DRAM) cell from a row of the cells with each DRAM cell along the row coupled to a respective column in the memory array, and each column of non-volatile memory cells comprises Flash memory cells connected in a NAND configuration.

摘要: A gas turbine engine includes a fuel-oil heat exchange system in which the fuel is continuously heated by a primary hot oil flow in a primary fuel-oil heat exchanger and the fuel is selectively heated in a secondary fuel-oil heat exchanger by a secondary hot oil flow selectively passing through or bypassing a secondary fuel-oil heat exchanger, controlled by a thermal valve.

摘要: A magnetic stack having a free layer having a switchable magnetization orientation, a reference layer having a pinned magnetization orientation, and a barrier layer therebetween. The stack includes an annular antiferromagnetic pinning layer electrically isolated from the free layer and in physical contact with the reference layer. In some embodiments, the reference layer is larger than the free layer.

摘要: A non-volatile memory cell and associated method is disclosed that includes a non-ohmic selection layer. In accordance with some embodiments, a non-volatile memory cell consists of a resistive sense element (RSE) coupled to a non-ohmic selection layer. The selection layer is configured to transition from a first resistive state to a second resistive state in response to a current greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold.

摘要: An alignment system for a lithographic apparatus has a source of alignment radiation; a detection system that has a first detector channel and a second detector channel; and a position determining unit in communication with the detection system. The position determining unit is constructed to process information from said first and second detector channels in a combination to determine a position of an alignment mark on a work piece, the combination taking into account a manufacturing process of the work piece. A lithographic apparatus has the above mentioned alignment system. Methods of alignment and manufacturing devices with a lithographic apparatus use the above alignment system and lithographic apparatus, respectively.
