摘要: A winch over-winding prevention apparatus includes: a winch drum that is driven for up/down hoist in response to a command issued through an operating lever; a stop switch that is activated when a suspended object raised or lowered as a hoisting cable wound around the winch drum is further taken up or fed out is hoisted up to a predetermined stop position; and a stop device that stops drive of the winch drum when the stop switch is activated, and further includes: a speed detection device that detects a hoist speed of the suspended object; a speed reduction device that reduces a drive speed of the winch drum once the suspended object reaches a predetermined speed reduction start position; and a speed reduction control device that calculates a deceleration rate of the winch drum in correspondence to the hoist speed of the suspended object detected by the speed detection device and controls drive of the speed reduction device in response to a speed reduction command corresponding to the deceleration rate.

C. and (ii) a shell ingredient composed of a copolymer having a glass transition temperature of at least 70.degree. C. and comprising acrylate or methacrylate monomer units and 0.01-20 wt. parts, per 100 wt. parts of the shell ingredient, of units of a radically polymerizable unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer having a carboxyl group and 3-8 carbon atoms; the core/shell weight ratio being 5/1-1/4. A composition comprising 100 wt. parts of an epoxy resin, 15-60 wt. parts of the adhesion-reinforcing composition, and 3-30 wt, parts of a heat-activation type curing agent is useful as a structural adhesive for automobile parts.

摘要: A flat thermionic cathode is provided with a substrate having at least one main heating element thereon to produce at least one substantially localized area of heat and a sub-heating element to substantially define a heating area, the localized area being produced within the heating area. A cathode element including electron emissive material is disposed at the localized area. While the localized area tends to produce a temperature gradient directed from the localized area toward the perimeter of the substrate so as to create thermal stress in the substrate along the perimeter thereof, the sub-heating element reduces this temperature gradient and, consequently, the thermal stress.
