Abstract: A process for preparing solvent-free aqueous polyurethane dispersion modified with acrylic grafting is divided into four steps. The first step is a reaction of a diisocyanate with a polyol to prepare a prepolymer; the second step involves diluting the prepolymer with an acrylate monomer and adding a sulfonate-based chain extender to react; the third step involves adding deionized water and a water-soluble diamine-based chain extender to obtain a solvent-free sulfonate-based aqueous polyurethane dispersion; and the fourth step involves letting the aqueous polyurethane become modified with acrylic grafting. The resulting aqueous polyurethane has excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance and water resistance.

Abstract: Provided is a PET chemical recycling method. The PET chemical recycling method includes the following: adding a PET chemical recycling ion catalyst material for PET chemical recycling to PET waste and ethylene glycol; heating and stirring to obtain depolymerized and decolorized bis(2-hydroxyethyl)terephthalate (BHET); and filtering and recycling the ion catalyst material for PET chemical recycling. The PET chemical recycling ion catalyst material is a bisalkylimidazole-metal tetrachloride ionic liquid grafted on a porous carrier.

Abstract: An aqueous acrylic resin with high heat resistance, a polymeric composition, and a method for preparing the aqueous acrylic resin with high heat resistance are provided. The polymeric composition includes a monomer composition and a reactive emulsifier. Based on 100 wt % of the monomer composition, the monomer composition includes at least one alkyl group containing methyl acrylate, at least one carboxyl group containing methacrylic acid, an alkene-based unsaturated group containing methyl acrylate, a hydroxyl group containing acrylic polyester polyol and/or a hydroxyl group containing acrylic polyether polyol, and an alkoxysilane.

Abstract: A water-based polyurethane resin and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The method for manufacturing the water-based polyurethane includes: a preparation step of a prepolymer, a dilution step of the prepolymer, a water dispersion and chain extension step, and an acrylic synthesis step. The method further includes mixing polyol and polyisocyanate to obtain a prepolymer, and diluting the prepolymer by adding acrylic monomer in the prepolymer. In the water-based polyurethane resin, at least one of the polyhydric alcohol, polyisocyanate, and the acrylic monomer includes a compound with a cyclic structure.

Abstract: A release film for high-capacity multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) 0.5-0.8 μm ceramic slurry and a production method thereof. The release film includes at least three layers of co-extruded polyester resin having a layer A, a layer B and a layer C, and stretching the same in longitudinal and transverse directions. In addition, the layer B includes recycled polyester resin, the layers A and C include new polyester resin raw materials, and a releasing agent having a phenyl releasing control agent. The production method for the release film includes coating a releasing agent on one or both sides of a polyester film, and winding into a roll after drying and hardening.
