Abstract: Disclosed herein is a display panel capable of avoiding a wire grid polarizer (WGP) process requiring a high temperature process and preventing deformation of a film polarizer by replacing a WGP with a film polarizer and by separately filming a transparent electrode and an alignment layer, a display apparatus having the display panel and a method of manufacturing the display panel.
