摘要: A method for producing a diacylglycerol-rich fat or oil is provided. This method includes the steps of reacting an acyl group donor with an acyl group receptor, and separating unreacted material and byproducts by distillation for use as a part of the starting material in the subsequent cycle of production. The distillation is conducted such that the content of monoacylglycerol in the fat or oil after the distillation is 0.5 to 15% by weight.

摘要: Provided is an oil or fat composition of high diacylglycerol content. Even when used in cooking, the cooked food has a good external appearance without darkening, and retains its inherent flavor. Even when used in cooking after storage under light-exposed conditions, the cooked food is provided with a good external appearance and flavor. The oil or fat composition is obtained by combining, at specific contents, (A) an oil or fat of high diacylglycerol content, said oil or fat having a particular composition, (B) a plant sterol and (C) a plant sterol fatty acid ester.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing a saturated fatty acid and an unsaturated fatty acid, which comprises adding and mixing a polyglycerol ester of a fatty acid to a raw fatty acids mixture, cooling the resultant mixture to deposit crystals, and fractionating the saturated fatty acid and the unsaturated fatty acid, wherein a cooling procedure is performed at a cooling rate of 4° C./h or less when a supersaturation ratio is 60% or more and said cooling rate is varied during the cooling, and a glycerides mixture obtained from the fractionated unsaturated fatty acids. According to the present invention, a saturated fatty acid and an unsaturated fatty acid in a raw fatty acids mixture can be separated easily and efficiently by a dry fractionation process.

摘要: In a first step, basic components including (A) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane gum, (B) 5-100 parts by weight of a reinforcing silica filler, and (C) 0.1-30 parts by weight of a processing aid are fed batchwise to a closed mixer for mixing them until uniform. In a second step, the mixture is continuously fed into a kneader/extruder for heat treating. The first step achieves quick dispersion and cooperates with the second step for the efficient production of a heat-curable silicone rubber compound.

摘要: A purified tea extract is improved in taste by reducing a percentage of gallates in the non-polymer catechins. A process according to the present invention for the production of a purified tea extract includes subjecting a tea extract to a hydrolysis treatment, causing the tea extract to adsorb on the activated carbon, and then bringing a basic aqueous solution or an aqueous solution of an organic solvent into contact with the activated carbon to elute the non-polymer catechins.

摘要: A purified tea extract with suppressed bitterness and astringency is economically produced in high yield and high efficiency by dramatically accelerating an enzyme reaction with addition of tannase in a smaller amount. A process of the present invention for the production of a purified tea extract includes a first step which comprises eliminating water-insoluble solids from a first tea extract and then obtaining a second tea extract so that a turbidity falls into a range from 0.1 to 100 NTU when a concentration of the non-polymer catechins is adjusted to 0.7 wt %, and a second step which comprises subjecting the second tea extract at a concentration of the non-polymer catechins of from 0.05 to 4.0 wt % to tannase treatment.
