    摘要: A carbonized product 10 used for production of activated carbon for an electrode of an electric double-layer capacitor, includes a plurality of crystallites 12 each having a graphite structure in an amorphous carbon matrix 11. The interlayer distance d002 of the crystallites 12 is set a value equal to or larger than 0.347 nm. Thus, by using this carbonized product, it is possible to produce activated carbon having a high electrostatic capacity density (F/cc) for an electrode of an electric double-layer capacitor.

In a selected state, the first and second storage elements are connected to complementary bit lines, respectively at a time. Refresh-free, low-current-consumption semiconductor memory device operating stably even under a low power supply voltage can be implemented.

    摘要: A method of preparing drawing data for a charged beam exposure system includes: constructing, from pattern data having a multiple hierarchical structure, reiterative units disposed in an array without any gap formed therebetween; converting the pattern data into first figure processing data including a total figure and reiterative units within the total area; dividing the total area of the first figure into equal area processing data fields for a charged beam exposure system, each field including a whole number of reiterative units, if any, thereby producing second figure processing data; performing figure modification processing with respect to features in a field outside reiterative units in the field and separately with respect to the reiterative units within the field, thereby producing third figure processing data; and converting the third figure processing data into suitable drawing data for the charged beam exposure system.

    摘要: A power supply system includes a fuel cell, a capacitor connected in parallel to the fuel cell, a voltage boost means for boosting output voltages from the fuel cell and the capacitor to supply the electric motor with electric power resulting from the boosted voltages, a voltage control means for further boosting an output voltage from the voltage boost means, a secondary battery connected to the voltage control means, an external power source connecting means connected to the one end of the voltage boost means and in parallel with the fuel cell and for receiving supply of electric power from an external power source, and an electronic control unit which charges the secondary battery from the external power source by controlling step-up ratios of the voltage boost means and the voltage control means such that a voltage applied to the secondary battery during the charging becomes a desired voltage.
