Abstract:
A greenhouse gas monitoring system collects information about greenhouse gas and analyzes a greenhouse gas emissions distribution using the collected information about greenhouse gas. Thereafter, the greenhouse gas monitoring system generates a greenhouse gas distribution map by mapping the greenhouse gas emissions distribution to a three-dimensional digital map and provides the greenhouse gas distribution map to the user according to a user's request.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for fabricating semiconductor package and a semiconductor package fabricated using the same. The method for fabricating semiconductor package dopes a mixture including the polymer material and the solder particle on the substrate in which the terminal is formed and applies heat, and thus the solder particle flows (or diffuses) toward the terminal in the heated polymer resin to adhere to the exposed surface of the terminal, i.e., the side surface and upper surface of the terminal, thereby forming the solder layer. The solder layer improves the adhesive strength between the terminal of the semiconductor chip and the terminal of the substrate in the subsequent flip chip bonding process.

Provided are a method and a system for controlling access authentication in the process of a handover. The method of controlling access authentication in the process of handover of a mobile node in a network that consists of a core network and a plurality of access networks, the method comprising: when the mobile node initially accesses a first access network, performing access authentication of the mobile node and registering and managing the authentication information by using a user profile server, and searching for a host channel adaptor adjacent to the mobile node and transmitting identification, a profile, and authentication information of the mobile node to a network access server, in which the searched host channel adaptor is mounted, by using a mobility control server; when the mobile node moves to a second access network, performing a handover procedure and performing re-access authentication procedure by transferring authentication information regarding the handover to a network access server which is included in the second access network; and after performing the re-access authentication procedure, searching for a host channel adaptor adjacent to the mobile node and transmitting authentication information to a network access server which includes the searched host channel adaptor by using the mobility control server. Accordingly, an access delay time in the process of a handover can be reduced.

Provided is a method for detecting frame sync and frame structure in a satellite broadcasting system. The method for detecting frame sync and frame structure includes the steps of: calculating differential correlation values of reception symbols; generating index sequences of reception symbols whose differential correlation values calculated above exceed a threshold value; calculating positions estimated as frame start points which correspond to a total frame number based on the number of symbols per frame for each frame structure; and detecting frame sync and frame structure based on the umber of positions where the above-calculated frame start point estimated positions and the above-generated index sequences are matched.
Abstract:
A video encoding method and a computer-readable record media for performing the method are disclosed, in which in carrying out the video encoding, an intra updating technique is adopted by sorting out the blocks requiring an intra updating by utilizing the bit stream size information for each block, thereby maximizing the intra updating effect. The video encoding method includes the following steps. That is, at a first step, an encoding method for each frame of incoming images is selected, and the images are divided into blocks of a certain size. At a second step, either an intra coded block encoding or an inter coded block encoding is carried out depending on whether an encoding of a current frame and an inter coded encoding are needed or not, and whether an intra coded block is relevant or not. Further, blocks requiring an intra updating are sorted out by utilizing a bit stream size information for each block if the inter coded encoding is needed. At a third step, the first and second steps are repeatedly carried out to the last frame.
Abstract:
The present invention is a data transfer protocol control system with a host bus interface that includes a transmitting/receiving command DMA, a transmitting data DMA and a receiving data DMA for controlling data transfer protocol with a host bus interface considering characteristic, usage frequency, simultaneous processing functions of the command DMA and the data DMAs. A host interface bus is efficiently used and bus usage ratio is distributed properly to support transfer flow properly and improve the entire system performance. The data transfer protocol control system with a host bus interface includes a transmitting/receiving command DMA for instructing the command DMA request buffer to read and write command message data, a transmitting data DMA for instructing the transmitting data DMA request buffer to read the command message data, a receiving data DMA for instructing the receiving data DMA request buffer to write the command message data and a data transfer protocol control device for putting read information, write information and message data on a host bus, receiving message data and a transfer response signal and delivering the message data through the response buffer of the corresponding DMA.
Abstract:
A video bit rate control method. SUBGOPs are defined as sets of two to four frames in a GOP. For example, if the GOP comprises IBBPBBPBBPBB frames, each of the SUBGOPs is defined as a set of the IBBP or BBP frames. Before bit assignment is performed with respect to frames to be coded, it is checked whether a scene change is present with respect to frames in successive ones of the SUBGOPs. If it is checked that the scene change is not present, a bit rate is controlled in a conventional manner. In the case where the scene change is present, a smaller bits than that in the conventional manner is assigned to frames with no scene change and a relatively large bit amount is assigned to a frame with the scene change. Therefore, according to the present invention, the video bit rate control method has the effect of preventing a degradation in a picture quality due to the scene change.
Abstract:
A method for controlling an overload of distributed processors of a full electronic switching system, capable of automatically calculating the number of calls to be accepted for a current interval by use of the number of calls accepted for a previous interval and the number of standby processes of a call processing program so that only the number of calls corresponding to the number of services calculated is acceptable, thereby maintaining a stable service condition for an overload control interval, and capable of realizing a priority control depending on the type of call. The method includes the first step of executing a call processing delay monitoring process loaded in an access switching processor by a priority not higher than a call processing process, but higher than an operation and maintenance process, thereby monitoring an execution condition of the call processing process, the second step of executing an overload control process by a priority higher than the call processing process, thereby determining and controlling an overload occurring in the processor, and the third step of repeating a process for changing a CPU reference value infinite times when a demand for a change of the CPU reference value is generated from an operator after the call processing delay monitoring process and the overload control process have started.
