摘要: The present invention relates to a material extrusion head comprising at least one material feeding tube for feeding some extrusion material from one or multiple reservoirs to a heating block, the heating block, which comprises a through-hole and is adapted to generate heat for melting the material to be extruded passing by said through-hole, at least one extrusion nozzle provided at the end of the though-hole of the heating block for outputting the molten material, a support element detachably supporting the heating block and mounted on an extrusion system, and at least one rigid heat break tube portion provided at the end of each of the one or multiple material feeding tube and in contact with said heating block and an actioning system adapted to urge an end of each rigid heat break tube portion against said heating block or directly against the extrusion nozzle so as to provide a sealed extrusion material path.

摘要: An extruder has a pair of linkage parts configured to respectively link end portions of a pair of output shafts of the speed reducer with end portions of a pair of screws coaxially. The linkage parts each has: a coupling having an insertion hole into which the end portion of the screw and the end portion of the output shaft are inserted; and a locking part attached to the end portion of the output shaft. The coupling has a first receiving portion configured to receive the end portion of the output shaft; the second receiving portion configured to receive the locking part; and a step portion formed between the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion. As the step portion is locked by the locking part, a relative movement of the coupling relative to the output shaft in a direction towards the screw is restricted.

摘要: A two piece adapter for extrusion of cylindrical core-shell structures using conventional biomedical needles includes first and second adapter pieces. The first adapter piece includes first and second (core and shell) inlet ports. The core inlet port leads directly to a male Luer fitting attachable to a core needle and surrounded by a threaded chamber. The shell inlet port is led, via a side chamber, into the side of the threaded chamber. The second adapter piece attaches to the bottom of the threaded chamber and is configured to attach to a shell needle, so that the shaft of the core needle sits inside the shaft of the shell needle.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an extrusion nozzle apparatus and a method for extruding a thermoelectric material using the extrusion nozzle apparatus. An extrusion nozzle apparatus according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: an inlet introducing material; an outlet discharging the input material; and a discharge pipe formed in a multi-stage shape including a plurality of stages, wherein the input material is pressurized inside the discharge pipe and moves in a first direction from the inlet toward the outlet. The cross-sectional area of the plurality of stages in a direction perpendicular to the first direction progressively decreases from the inlet to the outlet. Accordingly, the thermoelectric performance of a thermoelectric material may be improved, and production cost and production time may be reduced.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the production of articles, exemplarily a plastic article, by means of an extruder (1) to which a first plastic composition of a first main component and at least one associated minor component is supplied from a first group of dosing stations (21, 24). According to the invention, during the production time of a first production order there is prepared a second group of dosing stations (31, 33) at the extruder for a second production order for which a second plastic composition of a second main component and at least one associated minor component that is different from the first plastic composition has to be supplied to the extruder. After completion of the first production order it is reset to the second production order by terminating the supply of the first plastic composition by closing a first shut-off device (8) and starting the supply of the second plastic composition by opening a second shut-off device (8′).
