The electric motor assembly may include a housing having an internal volume, a stator ring disposed about a perimeter of the internal volume, and a rotor positioned within the stator. The electric motor assembly may include a main shaft connected to the rotor via a gear reduction, wherein the main shaft extends through the rotor. The electric motor assembly may include a collar connected to the main shaft, wherein the collar encircles the main shaft, and at least a portion of the collar is configured to direct a fluid away from the main shaft and toward the stator ring.

摘要: Disclosed is a conduction-cooled magnetic flux pump, comprising a refrigerator, a cooling capacity conducting part, a cooling capacity conducting plate, a high-temperature superconducting coil, a high-temperature superconducting tape, an L-shaped machined part, a dynamic sealing device, a motor, a rotating shaft, a bow-shaped epoxy resin machined part, a permanent magnet rotor disk, and a permanent magnet. The cooling capacity conducting plate is connected to the refrigerator, the high-temperature superconducting coil is installed on the cooling capacity conducting plate, the high-temperature superconducting tape is fixed to the cooling capacity conducting plate by the L-shaped machined part. An output end of the motor is connected to one end of the rotating shaft through the dynamic sealing device, the other end of the rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the bow-shaped epoxy resin machined part. The permanent magnet rotor disk is installed on the rotating shaft and rotates along with the rotating shaft.

The tie rod holes (86) extend axially through the layers of the permanent magnet packages (48), wherein the plurality of tie rod holes (86) of adjacent permanent magnet packages (48) are complementary in size and position, such that a plurality of tie rod bores is defined. The tie rods (54) extend through respective ones of the plurality of tie rod bores.

The first magnetic pole has a smaller amount of harmonic components in a radial flux density distribution on the rotor core outer peripheral surface, compared to a magnetic pole having a plurality of magnet holes arranged at equal circumferential intervals and a plurality of permanent magnets having substantially the same magnetic flux and number.
