The disclosure discloses a method and device for receiving an MBMS by a UE in carrier aggregation, including that: a User Equipment (UE) with MBMS capability determines all Component Carriers (CC) that can be received by the UE at the UE's geographic location; the UE determines an MBMS-bearing CC in the all CCs; and the UE receives the MBMS from the MBMS-bearing CC. By the disclosure, the problem of incapability of the UE to receive the MBMS from the CC due to the network side not knowing the requirement of the UE for receiving the MBMS can be solved.

Systems and method may provide for a computing device that encodes multiple regions of a video frame at different quality levels. In particular, a first region of one or more frames containing a speaker's face may be located and encoded at a first quality level. A second region containing a background, on the other hand, may be located and encoded at a second quality level. Optionally a third region containing additional faces may be located and encoded at a third quality level and a fourth region may be located and encoded at a fourth quality level.

A method for the preparation of a fluoropolymer by means of emulsion polymerization of a reaction mixture in an aqueous medium is disclosed wherein the reaction mixture includes a fluoromonomer having the structure of wherein R1, R2, and R3 are each independently hydrogen atoms, alkyl groups, substituted alkyl groups, or halogens, wherein at least one of R1, R2, and R3 is a fluorine atom, and wherein R is each independently a substituent on the styrenic ring, n is an integer from 0 to 5 representing the number of the substituents on the styrenic ring; b) an emulsion stabilizer combination comprising: i) an anionic surfactant; and, ii) a cationic surfactant or a non-ionic surfactant; and, c) a free-radical initiator.

A humidifier for an HVAC system includes a replaceable humidifier pad, and a housing for holding the replaceable humidifier pad in an operating position during operation of the humidifier. The back side of the housing may define an air flow aperture that is in fluid communication with the replaceable humidifier pad when the replaceable humidifier pad is in its operating position. In some instances, the right side of the housing may define a first aperture that is sufficient in size to remove the replaceable humidifier pad from the housing, and to install a new replaceable humidifier pad. Likewise, the left side of the housing may define a second aperture that is sufficient in size to remove the replaceable humidifier pad from the housing, and to install a new replaceable humidifier pad. The humidifier may also include a first cover member for covering the first aperture when the replaceable humidifier pad is in its operating position, and a second cover member for covering the second aperture when the replaceable humidifier pad is in its operating position. In some cases, an aperture and cover may also be provided on the front and/or top sides of the housing so that the replaceable humidifier pad may be replaced from the front and/or top sides of the housing.

In a server management method, a blade server system including a plurality of blade servers is connected to a monitor device in series. The monitor device sends a command to the server system to control the plurality of blade servers. The plurality of blade servers responds to the command. The monitor device receives information from the server system to monitor and control the plurality of blade servers. A server monitor system associated with the server monitor method is also disclosed.

The present invention provides a method for forwarding a protocol frame in spanning rings, applied to the Ethernet ring network including a crossed or tangent ring and sub-ring. The method comprises steps as follows: when an interconnection node of the ring and the sub-ring receives a protocol frame from a sub-ring, if the topology of the sub-ring is changed, the interconnection node updates its address forwarding table according to the address updating information carried in the protocol frame, and sends the address updating information to the ring; the nodes of the ring update their address forwarding table respectively according the updating information. The present invention selectively sends information of sub-ring protocol frame to the ring via the interconnection node of the ring and the sub-ring. Such scheme that information of the sub-ring protocol frame is selective sent at the interconnection node not only solves the problem of updating address in spanning rings, but also decreases the amount of protocol frames sent from the sub-ring to the ring, and thereby greatly improves the performance and efficiency of the network.

A system for processing signals includes an original wave outputting module, a signal sampling module and a signal processing module. The signal processing module includes an SCM, an FGPA chip and an amplifier electrically connected to the SCM. The original wave outputting module outputs an originating wave. The signal sampling module samples the wave, and outputs a plurality of signals. The signal processing module receives the plurality of signals, and outputs an amplified wave. The SCM has a predetermined wave frequency value and a predetermined wave amplitude value. The FGPA chip generates digital signals according to the predetermined wave frequency value. The amplifier amplifies the digital signals according to the predetermined wave amplitude value.

Seat belt systems and inflatable airbags can be used to mitigate the potential for injury to an occupant's neck. The seat belt systems provide for moderating the seat belt loads acting on the occupant to allow an improved synchronization of the occupant torso and head rebound timing, which in turn limits head and torso differential loading (frontal whiplash) and therefore occupant neck loads and neck, based on the position of the occupant, loads on the seatbelt, or a predetermined time in the crash event. Airbags are also provided with a sloped impact face. Additionally, airbags are also provided with a relatively flat top portion.

A fan unit assembly includes a fan rack, fan units and handles. The fan rack includes a carrier and parallel partition boards erected on the carrier to define fan-disposing regions. The partition board has at least one first positioning part and at least one first guiding part facing the corresponding fan-disposing region. The fan unit has two side surfaces and a front surface. The front surface connects the side surfaces. The side surfaces respectively have a second guiding part engaged with the first guiding part. The fan unit is suitable to move along the first guiding part through the second guiding part. The handles are disposed at the front surface and both ends thereof are bent to form two pivot portions respectively pivoted on the side surfaces. Each pivot portion has a second positioning part. When the handle rotates towards the front surface, the positioning parts interfere with each other.
