Abstract: A body lifting device for a bed is provided with a support unit, having a predetermined height, connected to a fixing part of a bed. A movable bed part adjusts an angle between the fixing and movable parts. A driving force transfer member of the device is connected to the movable part at one end, the other end extending toward the fixing part, and has a support point therebetween supported by the support unit. A length between the support point and the other end varies depending on an angle adjustment of the movable part. A lifting unit of the device supports a portion of a user's body, and is connected to the other end of the driving force transfer member. The lifting unit selectively lifts up the user's body depending on movement of the driving force transfer member, which is caused by adjusting an angle of the movable part.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for preparing gas hydrates by reacting a plurality of guest gases with water, wherein a first guest gas has a higher water solubility than that of a second guest gas, and the pressure of the gas hydrate formation condition of the second guest gas is lower than the pressure of the gas hydrate formation condition of the first guest gas. While the traditional gas hydrate production method, wherein a single guest gas is reacted with water, is unsatisfactory in terms of cost effectiveness and productivity, the present invention provides improved production yield of gas hydrates and enables an easy production of gas hydrates at lower pressure.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a highly liquid absorbent and hardly water-soluble carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) foam, which absorbs body fluid or water, expands in volume when absorbing liquid, does not gelate, and maintains shape. The hardly water-soluble CMC foam prepared according to the preparation method of the present invention has remarkably superior liquid absorption property, shows large volume expansibility when absorbing liquid, does not gelate, and maintains shape. Therefore, a remarkably improved ability is shown when used as a hemostatic agent and a wound dressing. In addition, when the CMC foam is treated with a CMC powder dispersing liquid, the surface characteristics change, thereby preventing adhesion with the skin and improving liquid retention capability. Thus, it is possible to control the liquid absorption property thereof to meet the desired purpose.
