Abstract: A transmission apparatus includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter transmits a Trigger Frame for allocating resources for Uplink Multi User (UL MU) transmission, the Trigger Frame comprising a common information field that includes a type subfield indicating one of a plurality of trigger types, wherein the plurality of trigger types includes a first trigger type, a second trigger type and a third trigger type, the first trigger type indicating a basic trigger, the second trigger type indicating multi-user block ack request, and the third trigger type indicating a specific trigger used for soliciting a specific type of UL MU response frame from a plurality of terminal stations. The receiver, responsive to the type subfield indicating the third trigger type, receives the specific type of UL MU response frame from the plurality of terminal station.

Abstract: Provided is a terminal including a receiver, which, in operation, receives a Channel State Information Reference Signal (CSI-RS) candidate list for CSI-RS configuration information. The CSI-RS candidate list is indicated as Radio Resource Control (RRC) control information for respective terminals. The terminal further includes circuitry, which, in operation, specifies at least one CSI-RS resource information of a measurement target based on the CSI-RS candidate list, and measures a reception power using the specified CSI-RS resource information. The terminal also includes a transmitter, which, in operation, reports the result of the reception power measurement. A reception power measurement method is also provided.

Abstract: An image decoder parses an encoded bitstream to obtain a first parameter and a second parameter, and derives a partition mode based on the first and second parameters. Responsive to the derived partition mode being a first partition mode, the image decoder executes the first partition mode including; splitting a block of a picture into a plurality of first blocks including a N×2N block sized N pixels by 2N pixels; splitting the N×2N block, wherein a ternary split is allowed to split the N×2N block in a vertical direction, which is a direction along the 2N pixels, into a plurality of sub blocks including at least one sub block sized N/4×2N, while a binary split is not allowed to split the N×2N block in the vertical direction into two sub blocks that are equally sized N/2×2N; and decoding the plurality of sub blocks.

Abstract: A control method according to the present disclosure is executed by a first server of servers in a system including one or more IoT devices and the servers. The method includes: obtaining first transaction data including operation notification information and time information from each of the IoT devices, the operation notification information including identification information on the IoT device and a notification indicating that the IoT device is operating, the time information indicating a time when the IoT device has obtained the operation notification information; transferring the obtained first transaction data to second servers different from the first server; executing a first consensus algorithm together with the second servers; and recording a block containing the first transaction data in a distributed ledger of the first server, when the authenticity of the first transaction data is verified by the first consensus algorithm.

Abstract: Various embodiments for controlling a state of an autonomous vehicle that is to meet a user are provided. A receiver receives location information indicating a current location of the user. A memory stores a plurality of states of the autonomous vehicle. Each of the states at least one of visually or audibly distinguishes the autonomous vehicle. A sensor senses an environment of the autonomous vehicle to obtain environment information. A distance from a place of meeting the user to the current location of the user is calculated based on the location information. A first state is selected in accordance with the environment information. The autonomous vehicle is caused to change from a second state to the first state when the distance from the place of meeting the user to the current location of the user becomes smaller than or equal to a predetermined distance.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a user equipment (UE), comprising the following. The transmitter, when the processor determines to transmit the preferred-UE-state indication, performs the transmission of the small data with the preferred-UE-state indication to the base station.
