    摘要: A fuel injector, in particular for direct injection of fuel into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, has a valve needle, which is situated in a nozzle body and is operable by an actuator, and a valve closing body, which is operatively connected to the valve needle and, for opening and closing the valve, cooperates with a valve seat face formed on a valve seat body, the valve seat body being provided with at least one spray hole. The at least one spray hole has a first cylindrical section having a fuel inlet opening and a second cylindrical section situated downstream from the first cylindrical section and having a fuel outlet opening, the first and the second cylindrical sections not running coaxially to one another.

    摘要: An electromagnetic ball valve for a flow medium under pressure such as a respirating gas for a respirator which must be adapted to use with a respirator which operates at a high frequency in the range of fifty times the usual frequency. Such ball valve must be employed in the breathing gas supply so as to open and close the supply path and a small volume of gas internal of this apparatus permits this control. The electromagnetically ball valve is arranged with the electromagnetic pole pieces in a sheath and the pole pieces include a flow passage in which a ball moves between a seat and an abutment under the control of a separate electromagnetically controlled pole piece. The seat is cooperative with the ball valve with one connection for the flow medium and the abutment includes a connection for the space around the ball valve under another flow connection. With a delivery side connection through the space around the ball and with a seal on the seat it acts as a NC valve. With a delivery side connection through the seat against the ball and hence contact on the abutment it operates as a NO valve. Two magnetic coils around the respective pole pieces one having the seat and the other having the abutment move the ball into the desired end position and make remanences ineffective.

    摘要: In order to produce silicon wafers, liquid ultra-pure silicon is solidified on a silicon monocrystalline seed arranged in the bottom area of a crucible and having a seed surface comprising a {110}-crystal orientation and an edge surface having a {100}-crystal orientation starting from the bottom of the crucible, thus forming a silicon block on the seed surface of the silicon monocrystalline seed which largely takes over the {110}-crystal orientation. Subsequently, the silicon block is divided into wafers with a wafer surface having a {100}-crystal orientation.
